The Late Shift is a rock ‘n’ roll band from South Wales, bringing together a group of old friends with a shared passion for music. The line up features lead guitarist Pete Coleman, vocalist Al Wilson, Bassist Tristan Buckley and drummer Pud Perry—a tight-knit collective that reunited in 2023 with one goal: to write and record an album of original songs.

Their first release, the Not Yet a Ghost... EP, emerged from intense writing sessions and was recorded over a long weekend at Kings Road Studio, Cardiff, during Christmas 2023. In 2024, the band continued refining their sound with The November Tapes. 

Now, The Late Shift is deep in the creative process, crafting songs for their debut album—With songs that pulse with passion, humour, and heartache. The Late Shift delivers stories set to riffs and rhythms, played loud and without compromise.
