Grocery stores as essential services. Although, for workers in the grocery sector there are real challenges—low wages and high turnover, bully bosses and difficult customers.  We worked through the pandemic and were called essential.  Now we spend more time with customers and coworkers than we do our friends and families.  After our shifts we have been talking with our coworkers about the good times, hard times, and how we can make our working lives better.
