- Personal design experiments or animations shared privately
- Mockups that won’t be sold or distributed
Commercial Use
Use of icons in any context connected to business, monetization, or public promotion. This is whether it’s your own brand or a client’s.
Examples of commercial use:
- Websites, apps, or software for a business or client
- Marketing materials, videos, or ads
- UI elements in paid products or templates
- Any design or product that will be sold or distributed
Can I use icons once my PRO subscription expires?
Yes, you can continue using any icons you've downloaded or embedded in HTML for both personal and commercial projects, even after your subscription expires. However, once your subscription ends, you will lose access to PRO icons and library features. You’ll still have access to the icons you’ve already obtained, but you won't be able to download or use new PRO icons without an active subscription.
What is a seat?
A "seat" refers to a user account that has access to the features of a subscription plan. In the context of a team subscription, each team member occupies one seat. For example, if you have a team subscription with 50 seats, you can invite up to 50 team members, each with their own access to the full library and PRO features, as long as the team subscription remains active.
I'm a freelancer/agency. Do all of my clients need plans and licenses?
No, a single PRO license covers unlimited commercial and personal projects. As a freelancer or agency, you don’t need separate licenses for each client. However, if you'd like, you can get an official license document for each client to ensure full transparency.
Can I buy a single PRO icon?
No, individual PRO icons are not available for purchase. However, you can subscribe for one month, download what you need, and cancel anytime.
What is an icon collection?
Icon Collections streamline the selection, customization, and export of icons, allowing you to edit and download multiple icons at once. You can also share collections with others effortlessly.
What is an collection guest?
A collection guest is someone who has been invited to view and export icons from a specific collection, but they don't have the ability to modify or customize the icons within that collection. Collection guests can only access the collection for exporting purposes and cannot make changes to it.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan by visiting your account billing page and clicking “Change Plan.”
- If you upgrade, the new plan will be billed accordingly.
- If you downgrade, the remaining subscription value will be adjusted, with any surplus applied to future payments.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to your account billing page.
- Click the “Cancel subscription” button.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products like Lordicon PRO, we do not offer refunds once content has been downloaded. Digital assets, such as icons and software, cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
