Brittany turns 4!

Hayden's 1st Birthday

Brittany was feeling under the weather on Hayden's birthday. She was not up to actually coloring on Hayden's poster, but she felt good enough to tell me how each letter should be colored!

Hayden kind of understood the present thing! Wyatt was right by his side in order to assist as needed!

Hayden got this pillow from Reed and Elisa and Keverpooh. He finally tore it away from Wyatt and Brittany long enough to have a little lounge himself.

We were a little surprised at how quickly our little man dug into his birthday cake. He was not the least bit shy about it. When he was done eating the frosting, he started wiping it on his high-chair and letting the dog lick it off his fingers!

Hayders was a chocolate mess! Daddy and Grandpa gave him a bath in the kitchen sink when he finally finished his little cake.

Grandma and Grandpa Smith came over for dinner and dessert. After Hayden opened presents, he reached out to Grandpa and took his first two steps! He loved the reaction he got and continued taking steps throughout the night.

Hayders came into this world half grown.
At nearly ten pounds, biggest baby we've known.
He's smiley and happy and cute as a button.
We've looked for a flaw, but we've come up with nutt'n!

Brittany is nurturing, loving, and kind.
And kissing a frong, clearly she doesn't mind.
She loves to dress up, wear her jewels and look pretty.
A beautiful princess, she's our little Bitty.

Wyatt's a character, always a tease.

He's good at rock climbing, he knee-boards with ease.

He answers to "Tater Bug," even "Potato."

It's shocking what this kid can do with a Lego!
