Eirini Patsea, Program Coordinator at the OSCE Secretariat/CPC, sits down with Giulio Venneri, Rule of Law and Democracy Team Leader at the European Commission, DG Near and talk about ongoing efforts, through international and local synergies, for bolstering Rule of Law as key part of the future of the Western Balkans, including in the context of the enlargement process; touching upon subjects such as state capture, its root causes and possible remedies, such as a strengthened role for an independent and efficient judiciary.

Ep 1: How multi-level partnerships help combat organized crime and corruption in the Western Balkans

Alisa Nikezić, nacionalna službenica za praćenje suđenja u Misiji OEBS-a u Crnoj Gori, razgovara sa Ajšom Hadžibegović, specijalistkinjom za mlade “Frankly Speaking”, o razlozima zbog kojih se mladi bave organizovanim kriminalom, metodama koje bi ih obeshrabrile da se bave organizovanim kriminalom i spriječe njihove kriminalne aktivnosti. Razgovaraju i o važnosti podizanja svijesti mladih o negativnim posljedicama kriminalnih aktivnosti, kao i o tome šta se može učiniti u smislu promocije pozitivnih primjera i uspješnih priča među mladima.

Ep 3: Razlozi za uključivanje mladih u organizovani kriminal i značaj prevencije

Aleksandar Trifunović, izvršni direktor Buka magazina (Centar za informativnu dekontaminaciju mladih Banja Luka), razgovara sa Denisom Džidićem, izvršnim direktorom i urednikom BIRN-a (Balkanske instraživačke mreže BiH, koja je medijska nevladina organizacija sa sjedištem u Sarajevu) o važnoj ulozi istraživačkog novinarstva u razotkrivanju slučajeva organizovanog kriminala i korupcije. Također, govore o tome i koliko je važna usluga koju javnosti pruža nezavisno i profesionalno medijsko izvještavanje u predmetima organizovanog kriminala i korupcije. Podcast će se doticati i izazova s kojima se suočavaju istraživački novinari u provođenju istraživačkog novinarstva u BiH, kao i u izvještavanju o suđenjima za organizovani kriminal i korupciju.

Ep 5: Razotkrivanje korupcije

Зоран Ричлиев од отсекот за комуникации и односи со медиуми и Александар Ванчоски, национален офицер за набљудување судски процеси при Мисијата на ОБСЕ во Скопје разговараа со Блажен Малески, младински претставник на Република Северна Македонија во управниот одбор на „регионалната канцеларија за млади (RYCO) во Западен Балкан“ и истражувач во „Реактор“ – независна истражувачка организација со седиште во Скопје како и со неколку студенти од различни факултети на тема: влијанието на корупцијата врз образованието и младите. Во подкастот студентите зборуваат за нивната перцепција во врска со практиките на корупција и причините зад таквата појава во образовниот систем. Соговорниците ги споделуваат своите ставови за тоа како корупцијата влијае врз младите и дали тие би пријавиле коруптивни практики до соодветните власти. Понатаму, тие ги коментираат напорите на судските органи во спречувањето на корупцијата и во градењето антикорупциска култура. Дополнително, соговорниците изнесуваат и одредени предлози кои би им помогнале на правосудните органи поефективнода се борат против корупцијата во образовниот систем на Северна Македонија.
