MMy name is
Marcin Poholski. Born in Hamburg in 1987, I still
live and work in this Hanseatic city. I completed my
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the
University of Lübeck, with a focus on
Media Informatics — and have been building
software for more than twelve years since.
In 2020 I was baptised. Since then, the rational,
Scripture-based theology of the Socinians has become a
central part of my life. Alongside my work as a software
engineer, I write and translate books from Latin into German,
run platforms about Socinianism in German and English, and
produce short videos that bring theological topics into a
modern, accessible form.
Above all, I am a seeker — constantly searching
for truth, constantly questioning. Learning, for me, is not
a phase but a posture: I ask, I examine, I rethink, again
and again. I read Plato, Socrates and
Kant not for their own sake, but because I try to
live by their words — and by what Jesus taught.
My approach can be put simply: faith with reason and
Scripture.
