Brock and the Middleton Vikings travel team

 

Brock made the travel team this year.  He was proud to be a part of the Middleton Vikings!

 The team did a great job and fun playing in so many baseball tournaments.  Riddley's Made a sign with all the player names on it.  Brock was especially proud of that.

 At one of the tournaments we played Nampa and found out that our cousins the Nanney's played for their team.  Brock got to catch against his cousin.  It was great to Ellis and his boys.

Brock chose the number 99.  He was very proud to wear his number.  It was a wonderful summer!

A Koon Reunion and Ethan's 14th Birthday

Since this was our first summer home the family decided we should be in charge of the family reunion.  Mandy and Kirsten were my only siblings who could come (Clifton and Bree were awaiting Lileith, Rebekah was getting Nate off on his mission, Megan was getting Brandon ready for surgery and the Davies had had 3 surgeries they were financially recuperating from.)

We took the family to the capital building in Boise to take a tour.  It is really quite a beautiful building!   

After our tour we grabbed lunch and went to Municipal park for lunch and to look at the fish

After lunch we took a short trip through the Boise zoo.  It was a wonderful day with amazing weather!

We got home just in time to eat dinner and sing happy birthday to Ethan

The crazy kid wanted red velvet cream cheese brownies.

Everyone went to church with us then we had the dummy doll and treasure hunt.  We couldn't do the egg hunt this year because it started raining!  :)

We tried to plan enough events to keep everyone happy and looking forward to the next activity, but, considering this was our first summer home in almost 5 years we wanted time to catch up as well!
