This last week, and a bit of this week , have been eventful.
On Labor day we went up to Panguitch Lake for some fishing with Poppi and Magga. Aunt Nica has been in town and was up to the lake as well. We got up to the cabin and worked on it a little bit. The plan is to tear it down to build up a new one. We started taking the metal roofing off and recycled some of it to put on a smaller shed (which should also be torn down). Derek is not as young as he used to was. After we went out for the evening on the lake. Poppi, Derek, Milo, and Jonas hit out on the lake on Poppi's little fishing boat. Milo caught a little 12" rainbow and Derek caught a little 20" rainbow. We were supposed to eat them for breakfast, but the boys decided at the last minute not to.
Derek started
crossfit this week. He's sore, but is enjoying the workouts.
Oh, here's those photos we promised. Enjoy:

Oh yeah! We started getting into Geocaching a little while back. Here's us trying to find an elusive cache in the southwest part of Utah. Between, Milo's self drawn map and our new fangled gizmo we had a hard time finding this one. Jonas had the magic touch, however.

Holy Moly! This is take 67, but we were able to get all of the kiddos (at the time...sorry Gina.) in one photo. This is from our visit to Nebraska. It's crazy to think that there are 2 more kids pending. Sheesh, Neal...and Derek.

Erin got married this summer to some clown shoe named Bryson. He's actually a cool cat and we're excited for them. Congratulations you two!

Derek woke up near Jackson, WY one morning to something sniffing his tent.

This is our house! We purchased it about 2 months ago and we love it. It's a true Mormon rambler and has lots of space. Come by and visit!
Cru Jones at his best! Milo has been ripping it up on his bike; specifically at the skate park. He ate it big one afternoon falling right off the table top. He got back up quickly and said, "I just got to go faster!"

Jonas=cool. He just got some super rad shoes which, of course, make him run faster, jump higher, etc. He's little more cautious on the bike than Milo, but can "rainbow" the quarter pipe!

Ollie! He's been initiating dance parties every night. Most recently we've been dancing to his favorites: The Avett Brothers and The Flaming Lips.
Oh yeah...Much to Derek's demise we bought a (sigh) minivan.
