Church History Museum

The Church History Museum was right up our family's alley! We went on a day that everyone else was in school and had the children's section to our selves. Baby Hero loved it!

There were costumes, for kids of all ages:ImageWalking around, looking like a prince. Which the Baby Hero is.

Christmas--Spot 2

For our second part of our Christmas vacation, we went to Utah and visited our Brazilian family. It was tons of fun to talk and play with everyone. There were people to play the Wii with...ImageFood to eat....
ImagePeople to play the piano with...
ImagePeople to read to the Baby Hero...
ImageIt was great! We loved seeing both sides of the family! The Baby Hero was spoiled and I heard quite a lot, "Go away Math Hero! Don't let the Baby Hero see you! We're having fun and if he sees you it will ruin our fun!" A little awkward for me, but also extremely flattering that the Baby Hero loves his Math Hero best!

Playing with Cousin

There is something so refreshing about hanging out in just your diaper. It's better when your cousin hangs out in only her diaper too, but she wanted to wear her pajamas...which is almost as good.ImageOOOh....what's that toy you've got?
ImageI don't think you're old enough to play with it. I'm twice your age and about one and a half times your size.
ImageIt's mine now.
ImageAs you can see, the Baby Hero loved his cousin. Mostly because she had cool toys that he took from her. She liked the attention and didn't mind when he left with her toy.

We miss our cousins!

Walking

I just had to put these up, because I am so proud of the Baby Hero and his new walker!

Two favorite parts of this video! The part where he looks behind him to see who's coming to see Mom and the fact that he's walking!

ImageThis is what happens a lot now. Isn't he so cute? We sure do love our Baby Hero!

Interrupting Christmas Posts

Image
Hello all:

We are sad to announce an interruption in Christmasing because the Baby Hero has Pink Eye in both eyes.

We are loving being back and adjusting and reclaiming our lives. The only downer is that the Baby Hero got pink eye. We went to the doctor on Wednesday and he told us to wait and see if Baby Hero could get rid of the infection on his own. He can't, so today is the first day of eye drop treatments. He's still really heroic for being sick. He's happy and cheerful, as long as we aren't trying to clean out his eyes or he rubs his eyes.

So I walk with him for hours at a time and we have a blast!

Christmas! One of Many Parts

We had so much fun traveling all across the nation! We went to San Diego, Las Vegas and Utah! While we were all over, the Baby Hero met a lot of family he had never seen before. Including an Uncle that looks just like his Dad. He wasn't too confused, but he did start checking who was holding him every so often. ImageAlso he met a cousin. This cousin is genetically his half sister. We decided that the genetics they share are the recessive genes. (widow's peak and the square faces are the dominate genes.) What do you think?
