In total, 1111 Artifacts will be distributed or sold.
Here the distribution details:

• Total: 1111
• 400 Artifacts to be purchased for 0.02 ETH
  2 Artifacts bought = 1 Artifact free (3 TOTAL)
• 200 Artifacts to be purchased for 1800 $COSMIC

Holder Airdrop:

• Golden Holder (20–49 GEX) will get 1 Artifact
• Diamon Holder and above will get 2 Artifacts
• Space Ranger Holder will get 1 Artifact per SR
• The rest will be distributed in giveaways or sold later

• There will be a total of 6 traits: Eyes, Mouth, Feathers, Belly core, Type & Background.
• The will be a total of 6 types: Chromatic, Forest, Water, Rock, Lava & Sand.
  Note: The type is the most important attribute cause it will impact the $COSMIC gain if placed in the correct biome.
• There will be a total of 3 tiers (levels).
• To get a Martian, you need to hold 1 GEX AND 1ARTIFACT.
  The mutation will BURN YOUR GEX & YOUR ARTIFACT.
• Traits are NOT AFFECTED, we recommend to mutate a low rarity GEX.

We were able to find some clues and it seems to be a contact with another species of life. The IEA still has no trace of the GEX on mission but their teams are still looking for it.

Here is some new information that we have deciphered and interpreted, the Belly Crystal!

It seems that these Belly Crystal can improve this strange life form. According to the IEA, it would be a totally unknown technology that could bring new skills.

More news to come in the coming days and weeks, we are now working directly with the IEA to communicate all necessary information about this event!

Galactic Explorers is a collection of 8888 unique NFTs build on the Ethereum blockchain.

We are in 2029, the Interstellar Exploration Agency is going to launch its first manned mission to Mars: New Gravity. Thus, 8888 Galactic Explorers, in particular engineers, biochemists or astronauts have been selected thanks to their particular skills and overtrained in order to colonise the red planet.

This mission will not be without danger because according to one of the latest reports from the IEA, an unknown energy source that seems to come from an extraterrestrial life form has been discovered and one of the other objectives of this mission is to collect it, analyse it and understand the functioning of this mysterious object.

The Galactic Explorers are endearing characters who embody a new generation of humans where the conquest of space is now part of everyday life.
The first manned mission to Mars was launched by the Interstellar Exploration Agency, a private company that aims to take the lead in raising the Human race to new frontiers.

Our precursor, Elon, had already started to take a close look at Mars, the most viable planet in our solar system for developing life. The IEA has therefore decided to keep moving forward to achieve this goal and then to conquer new horizons!
