The Socioeconomic Status score (SES Score) on the user profile is a tool used to measure a user’s socioeconomic status in urban and rural areas. SES is a way of describing people based on their education, income, access to health, income and the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of the local economy; for the purpose of personalizing the Universal Basic Income to address the specific needs of each person.

• Step 3: Click on the “Account” icon at the bottom left corner of the screen.
• Step 4: Select “Verify Identity (KYC/AML)
• Step 5: Click on “Begin Verification”
• Step 6: Select the country your government ID is from.
• Step 7: Choose 1 of the options to upload a photo ID.
• Step 8: Take a clear photo of the front and back of the ID option chosen.
• Step 9: Take a clear photo of your face.

How to answer questionnaires.

• Step 1: Sign in to your account using your registered mobile number.
• Step 2: Enter a 4 digit pin.
• Step 3: Click on any of the questionnaires listed on the home screen.
• Step 4: Answer questionnaire.
• Step 5: Claim reward
• Step 6: Rate the survey.
• Step 7: Check the dashboard to view your WLD/points.

How to claim daily reward

• Step 1: Sign in to your account using your registered mobile number.
• Step 2: Enter a 4 digit pin.
• Step 3: On the Home screen click on Claim daily reward.

Daily reward is claimed every 12 hours. Check the stopwatch to know when you can claim the next daily reward.

How to reset the pin.

• Step 1: Click on Sign in with a registered mobile number.
• Step 2: Click on forgot pin
• Step 3: Input registered mobile number.
• Step 4: An OTP will be sent as text to your registered mobile number.
• Step 5: Input OTP
• Step 6: Create a new pin.
• Step 7: Sign in with registered mobile number and new pin.

How to view pending tasks.

• Step 1: Sign in to your account using your registered mobile number.
• Step 2: Enter a 4 digit pin.
• Step 3: On the home screen click on the Activity icon at the middle of the bottom corner of the screen.
• Step 4: Click on Pending Tasks
• Step 5: Complete pending tasks and get rewarded.

How to toggle between light and dark mode.

• Step 1: Sign in to your account using your mobile number.

If your device is already set to dark mode, the Ribbon app might switch to dark mode automatically.

What is the main goal of the Ribbon Protocol x Worldcoin project?

• The main goal is to create a real-world use case for Universal Basic Income (UBI) for Worldcoin users. This is achieved through a regenerative model that rewards users for their health index, behavior, and loyalty in Universal Health Coverage (UHC).

How will the project be implemented?

• A page will be created in the Worldcoin App to push daily questionnaires to users. Completion of these questionnaires will earn users incentives such as WLD tokens, NFTs, airdrops, or other items of value. The questions will align with WHO-recommended UHC policies to create a personal health profile and health index score for each user.

What are the benefits of participating in the questionnaires?

• Users will receive daily rewards, which increases the utility of the Worldcoin App and the associated reward tokens/NFTs. It also boosts transaction volumes on the Worldcoin blockchain ledger. Additionally, users can improve their health and contribute to population health insights.

What is Universal Health Coverage (UHC)?

• UHC is a WHO-recommended public health policy aimed at providing free access to quality healthcare for all people, without causing financial hardship. It’s a mechanism for improving health, welfare, and economic growth based on equity and sustainability.

What are social determinants of health (SDoH)?

• SDoH are non-medical factors that account for 80–90% of a person’s health outcomes. These include environmental factors, health-related behaviors, and socioeconomic factors. Addressing SDoH is crucial for improving individual and population health.

How does the Ribbon Protocol fit into this project?

• The Ribbon Protocol is designed to digitize SDoH information, helping governments in emerging economies implement UHC. It facilitates the collection of socioeconomic and health-related data by incentivizing users to engage in health-seeking behaviors.

What is the role of incentivization in this project?

• Incentivization is key to collecting SDoH information and encouraging health-related tasks. It serves as the basis for a UBI model where users are rewarded for contributing to their health profiles and engaging in healthy behaviors.

How will the health information system work within the Worldcoin App?

• The system will integrate with the World ID, allowing users with World ID to login and earn daily incentives for completing lifestyle and health-related questionnaires. This creates a Socioeconomic Status score (SES) for each user, which can be used to propose health interventions or socioeconomic and lifestyle changes.

• Yes, the insights and predictions from user data analytics can be monetized (with consent) in information marketplaces, providing valuable information for health interventions and policy-making.

How frequently will questionnaires be distributed to users?

• Users will receive daily or periodic questionnaires. The initial frequency is set to about 4 to 10 questions per day to prevent user fatigue, with the flexibility for users to complete more questions at their convenience.

What types of rewards can users earn?

• Rewards for completing questionnaires may include WLD tokens or other valuable items. Users will have the option in some cases to select their preferred reward from a list for every batch of completed questions and tasks.

How is user citizenship verified?

• Citizenship is verified via KYC/AML and location is verified via mobile number location as well as mobile number and OTP confirmation when subscribing to the questionnaires. This ensures the verification of the user’s region, location, and citizenship.

Will users be incentivized for providing additional identification documents?

• Yes, at a later stage, users may voluntarily submit identifiable documents such as a national health record number or records from a recent health center visit. This helps ensure that incentives are given to real humans.

What is the purpose of creating a health profile and score for users?

• The health profile and SES score, derived from questionnaire responses, reflect the user’s lifestyle choices and can improve or decrease over time. This data can be used for personalizing the Universal Basic Income grant to the specific needs of the user, as well as for research and monetization to enhance population health.

The beta phase is a minimum duration of 2 months, within which the user must perform:
