CEO (Myths of Ashromeda) — Introduction

Hello everyone. Thanks for joining

We are staring this AMA a bit differently from conventional. I am Ashraf, a game developer and CEO of myths of ashromeda. And I am here to share the news, initial updates related to the game (myths of ashromeda) and answer any questions that our community might have.

My background is in chemical engineering and game development as well. I have quite a bit of experience in 3D character development and coding in the past three years. Apart from that, I am a life-long gamer particularly the games relating to RPGs, and strategy games. I think I might have played most, if not all, of the highly recognized strategy games at one point or another. I am in gaming space for the last 3 years and have worked on coding and 3D character development, as pointed out earlier. So, apart from being CEO of myths of ashromeda, I do participate in 3D character development and combat related coding — whenever time permits.

Our team, at present, is small yet experienced persons dedicated to the success of the game. We are expanding and our plan is to scale in a quick yet sustainable manner.

Myths of Ashromeda (Blockchain-based Play-to-Earn 3D MMORPG)

Now I will give a brief introduction about our game and after that we will move towards the Q&A session so if any answer is not answered in this (during the introduction), I can answer that as our community suggests (or asks any questions during the Q&A session).

Related to Myths of Ashromeda, this is a play-to-earn 3D MMORPG game based in mythological worlds. The game will have several mythical creatures of the old as well as new ones envisioned by the team. We will be taking advantage of the blockchain technology which, in short terms, means that the in-game items and characters in Myths of Ashromeda will be NFTs while the in-game currencies for our game will be the cryptocurrency which we normally put it as tokens. This is just a basic difference between the traditional PC games where player doesn’t own the in-game items and the blockchain based games which provide players ownership of the in-game items (or assets) they hold.

In general, Myths of Ashromeda features include state-of-art gaming environments, four unique tribes (at start and will expand in the future) — we are looking towards 12 to 15 unique tribes. We have several unique in-game characters starting from gods, beasts, dragons, demons, humans and several others, multitude of weapons, different combat modes, complex game mechanics, sustainable game economy, and much more.

With respect to the (game) production, we have been working on the game pre-production since last year. However, the production phase just started 1–3 months ago and we plan to go to the alpha most probably in November or December

Now this was a small introduction of the game. Now I would invite any of the other persons (listeners) if they have any questions related to the Myths of Ashromeda. So, any of our listeners, if you have questions

AMA Live — Questions

Question: Which blockchain will the Myths of Ashromeda be launched on? Will it utilize smart chain or any other?

CEO: Initially, we are focusing on — like we will be going on more than one blockchain (multichain network). Currently, we are focusing on BSC (and/or iota ecosystems) but it’s not finalized. We will share the news when we will finalize our blockchain (and/or any related ecosystems) but initially our work is related in particular to BSC blockchain so of course we will have the smart contracts in place as well. I hope this answers your question.

Question: How many game modes does Myths of Ashromeda has?

CEO: We have three game modes. The traditional ones, #1 is the player versus environment that’s also known as PVE. Then we have player versus player — the pvp mode and in the pvp mode we will have two to three different strategies that we will deploy and then there will be a full scale between different tribes and that will be the third one. We are also focusing on intergalactic wars as well but that come (be implemented) in the future. We will announce when we will reach there but for the time being we have three gaming modes.

So, if anyone else has a question, I am here to answer.

Question: I would like to ask, “What are the game related tokens and their utilities”.

CEO: Thank you for your question. So, in general for the time being, we have two tokens in the game. One is the $MoA token and the second is the $EXP token. The $MoA is the governance token and will be used in the sale/purchase and trading of the NFTs and few other in-game mechanics and upgrades. However, the second one — the $EXP token is the main utility within the game ecosystem and it will have several use-cases as well. So, in general like, we can say that this a 2 token-based economy (dual token economy system). It is used because we need to be sustainable in general (the details will be shared in the near future).

In general, we have planned several use-cases for both tokens to ensure that its beneficial to trade, buy or hold these tokens for our community. I hope this answers your question as well.

AMA — Telegram DM Questions

Question: What is the competitive edge of myths of ashromeda and in other words, whats the difference between myths of ashromeda and other blockchain based games?

CEO: Well, to put it simply, most of the blockchain based games are mainly focused on the NFT and the tokenization (or on the monetary) aspect rather than the gameplay and fun. If someone of us have played the games, like, which are present now on the blockchain: normally they are repetitive. I, myself, have played major blockchain games and most of them are repetitive, high caps to enter, relatively low strategy — so in short, not a fun for a long time. The only one I enjoyed to play for some extent was Gods Unchained which is, in general, a 2D strategy-based card game.

While in case of myths of ashromeda, the main focus is on the gameplay and the user experience. The NFTs and tokens are a secondary part of this game. This essentially means that the player will enjoy to play our game and while playing — the player will have ways to earn as well. Thus, we have a combination of strong gameplay and earning incentives through NFT sale and token. So, I will say that this is the competitive edge that Myths of Ashromeda has with respect to the other blockchain based games.

Question: What does Early adopter incentives particularly mean? And how can we be in the early adopters?

CEO: The one particular thing that we have to discuss is the early adopter incentives. We already had an air drop related to that as well.

The Early (Adopters) Incentive is an incentive for the individuals that are the early ones to join and learn about our game (myths of ashromeda). We had an early incentive event previously for our subscribers in the previous months and we will continue to provide incentives to our community for engaging and learning about it. In general, normally in crypto spaces, there are IDOs where people hold tokens to get listed to take part in the IDOs, or private sales etc, as we know. The Early Adopters Incentive is somewhat similar, the only point is that the persons engage and be part of our (ashromeda) community and based on their engagement and time with us, we will provide them with incentives such as, but not limited to, being whitelisted in early sales of NFTs and coins (actually tokens instead of coins) etc. We currently are, also, designing NFTs for our early adopters as well that can provide them with early access to our alpha and betas of the game. Question: Are you creating a single game/metaverse or a multi-metaverse?

CEO: The overall idea of Myths of Ashromeda is to be a multiverse connecting to other metaverse related games as well. However, for the time being we are mainly focused on the metaverse which will have several mythical worlds to play and conquer.

Question: What is the current stage of development of myths of ashromeda

CEO: We are currently at the early development stage. The characters, environments and combat mechanics are being built and being tested. So not fully built at the moment. We are aiming to have these ready within 1–2 months and aiming for the demo and gameplays in the next 2–3 months. The aim for full game ready is in first quarter of 2023. The timelines are not final yet and will be shared as we move forward.

Question: From which platforms we can play Myths of Ashromeda? Can we play it via ios or android?

CEO: The initial aim is to publish the game as PC-based followed by console and related. Our roadmap also includes publishing the game on mobiles as well, but it will be at later stages depending on the growth of the game and the community, as a whole.

Question: Bear cycle. In a bear run where most of the projects fail and sometimes gone into oblivion, how will your project stand the test of times? What strategies do the project employ to mitigate possible losses?

CEO: Thank you for your question. The question is quite simple yet difficult to answer for some. As per our opinion, the only answer to this is “priorities”. We consider few things that are necessary to stand tall during the testing times. Community support, strong strategy, consistent progress, sustainable economy and token value over time. The token price fluctuates in response to the market movements in favour of bears or bulls. This is inevitable. However, the actual performance of any token or project can only be measured over long-term. We have several examples in our crypto space of such outperforming projects that are sometimes down (in short term) but exceeds expectations in long term. So, we are not generally concerned with short-term fluctuations. However, with respect to long term we have several strategies in place.

Firstly, we would like to mention that Myths of Ashromeda will be employed as DAO so the main decisions will be made by the community. This is where the community support gets extremely important. An energetic gaming community will help build this project and with the help and directions of the community (as DAO, in long term) we are quite sure that bear market will just be simple time period where the devs will be more focused on development and community will be focused on support and game. From another angle, as we mentioned earlier, the main focus of the game is enjoyable gameplay and bear market may decrease the profits and margins, it may not affect the gameplay or user experience, as a whole.

In terms of token price, the token value can be increased through burning, increasing the use-cases or increase in the interest of community in the project. We will implement burning mechanism to our tokens, when necessary. Apart from that, we have several use-cases of our tokens, few of which are shared in our litepaper. There are several other use-cases as well that will be introduced as the project moves forward. The present project, Myths of Ashromeda, is just the first and one of the many projects that our team have envisioned. The $MoA token will be the governance token for all such similar projects and thus in the long run, the use-cases and scarcity of $MoA will increase, as per our projections, which will provide stability and value to the projects over time. The project earning potentials will be more focused towards players, thus, providing incentives to players that are interested in the game.

In short, we believe that we have strong strategies in place and we, hopefully, will be able to provide our community with a fun MMORPG game. The main focus is on the gameplay and our community experience rather than on tokenomics only. With such commitments, we are quite sure to be one of the most played games in the blockchain space. We are quite confident that long term community members will see great value in the project.
