Een eenvoudige waarheid, toch? Je gooit een steen in het water en “plons” , golven verspreiden zich. Het ene leidt onvermijdelijk tot het andere.

Maar stel je dit eens voor: twee mensen staan aan de rand van een meer. Jij ziet de steen en de plons, terwijl de ander alleen de rimpelingen ziet. Wat betekent oorzaak en gevolg in dat moment? Wie heeft de waarheid in handen?

Het probleem met deze manier van denken

Oorzaak en gevolg lijken helder, logisch. Ze geven een gevoel van controle. Maar het is ook een beperking. Als je gelooft dat alles voortkomt uit één duidelijke reden, mis je de nuances. Je ziet het oppervlak van de gebeurtenis, maar niet de diepere lagen.

Wat we vaak vergeten, is dat jouw waarheid gekleurd wordt door wat je observeert, voelt en begrijpt. Jouw perspectief vormt de lens waarmee je de wereld bekijkt. Het ene detail springt eruit, het andere blijft onopgemerkt. Wat voor jou een oorzaak lijkt, kan voor een ander een toevallige samenloop van omstandigheden zijn.

Perspectief in synchroniciteit

Synchroniciteit nodigt je uit om verder te kijken dan logica. Het zijn die momenten die je niet kunt verklaren, maar die je diep raken. Een onverwachte ontmoeting. Een opmerking die je precies op het juiste moment hoort. Het gevoel dat iets niet zomaar gebeurt, maar een bijna onzichtbare samenhang heeft (tot je het ziet).

Misschien is het leven geen rechte lijn van oorzaak naar gevolg, maar een netwerk van verbindingen. Een samenspel van gebeurtenissen dat pas betekenis krijgt als je je blik verruimt en openstaat voor andere mogelijkheden.

Waar je over na kunt denken

Hoe vaak kijk je écht verder dan je eigen perspectief? Wat als jouw waarheid slechts een stukje van het grotere geheel is?

Misschien gaat het niet om het vinden van antwoorden, maar om het loslaten van de drang om alles te verklaren. Om je bewust te worden van hoe jouw perceptie je wereld vormgeeft en open te staan voor wat je eerder niet zag.

Laat de steen in het water vallen. Kijk verder dan de plons. Wat zie je nu?

When wisdom, emotion, and action align, you simply be(come).
And in that state, you are success itself.

Now you ask: Who is the greatest teacher? Who is my greatest teacher?

The greatest teacher is the one who has failed time and time again.
The one who embraces failure to grow.
The one who dives into the depths of failure and rises with unmatched clarity and strength, albeit not that clarity you desire.

Is it the darkness.

The deepest darkness is your guide. Explore the darkness, explore its depths.

Turn its lessons into wisdom, and you will be “success”.

Through its teachings, you rise, and you become the embodiment of success.

Just prepare to surrender and take control.

In a heart dyed in darkness, there will still be light,
A glimmer of hope in the deepest depth of the dreading night.

Though shadows may linger and despair may bite,

Even in defeat, where the soul feels torn,

I am writing to you today as a messenger of curiosity and admiration. I have heard that you are a true adventurer, always exploring new lands and discovering new wonders. But what I find truly inspiring about you is not just your wanderlust, but also your ability to create worlds of your own.

I imagine that your creations are not just random collections of pixels or ink on paper, but rather carefully crafted universes, with their own laws of physics, ecosystems, and cultures. There are also things you do not see, whereas another might. It may become clear to you when having a conversation with a colleague, friend or someone close to you. When someone touches a subject you do not concern yourself with, or shares a perspective that is not your own, there are many things you can do.

After weighing down the options or just deciding instinctively you might choose to fight what you are hearing, ignore what someone is saying, or have a genuine interest in another vision on the subject. Either way the choice may represent a path, that you follow on several occasions. To you it may be important who that person is, or rather who you think that person is.

There are those who will want to learn from children and those that will want to teach children, even though both actions are interchangeable: By teaching, you are learning and when you are learning, you are teaching.

The point being, every social interaction shows something that happens inside of you. It is a mirror to your state of being. You take part in all stories, you are the creator, you are the writer. You are the one that gives meaning to everything that you sense. You are experiencing the world and you are the one that decides what to do with that experience.
