3/ Connect your wallet.

4/ Enter the amount of ECT you would like to stake here:

NB: The minimum amount to stake is 10000 ECT.

5/ Click on Stake.

6/ Confirm the transaction on your wallet.

Your staked balance is now updated:

7/ To Unstake, you can use the slide here.

And then click on Unstake.

NB: There is a fees of 2,5% to pay when you decide to unstake your tokens. (fees are going into the staking pool to rewards users that keep their tokens staked)

Hello everybody, during these busy times for the team our Echain community deserves some updates.

1/ Development updates 🟣

Development wise, our Proof-Of-Green-Authority (PoGA) testnet is shaping up fast, and we are in time to respect our roadmap. You can expect Echain’s testnet to be live in the early months of 2023. Some previews will be shared soon and a letter on Medium will be dedicated to the testnet.

2/ Staking

Soon you will be able to stake your ECT tokens and start earning passive income. Staking and unstaking will be available at anytime, to everybody.

• Stake fees: 0%
• Unstake fees: 2%

Fees collected will be sent to the staking contract and added to the rewards pool to incentive longer period of staking and making it more sustainable as well in the long term. Our goal with staking is reward long-term holders that share our vision and see long-term potential in the $ECT token.

3/ CEX listing update

The numerous events that have been shacking the cryptospace lately unfortunately (or fortunately of the believers of DeFi) left the centralized exchange in a weird spot. A lot of crypto users are demanding more trust and transparency to CEX organizations, as they should. Liquidity crisis are frequent and listing $ECT on a mid-tier CEX represents a risk that shouldn’t be ignored. We believe that it is better for Echain to carefully pick our CEX partners (quality over quantity), and therefore we have decided to wait a bit. We will list $ECT on the toptier exchange in early 2023. We took this decision in accordance to our belief that Echain has massive potential and should be only be brought to exchanges that truly deserves $ECT.

4/ Marketing

Marketing has been great so far and we did rapidly gain some visibility. We will continue down that road. We are working on partnerships that will only bring more holders and future users to Echain, in an organic fashion. Once again, choosing partners of high standard matters more than the amount of partners that you have. Our goal is to partner-up with people that truly believe in Echain potential and will be staying with us on the long run.

We will mainly target:

• Twitter exposure
• Youtube exposure
• Organic trending ($ECT has been trending on Dextools for 15days this month only)

Other than the beautiful design/UI of Echain’s website, we have also started the development of the Echain testnet which is great news: we are ahead of our roadmap.

1/ Launching on Ethereum

In order to constantly optimize our strategy, we have decided to launch Echain on the Ethereum network which offers a better environment than the BSC at the moment. ie: more liquidity, more users, switch to PoS making the network green and better reputation of projects launching on Ethereum.

In this sense our public sale will take place on the Pinksale launchpad, a trusted platform, which will give confidence to potential new investors and open up marketing opportunities for us.

As Echain is shaping up rapidly, it is time to update our Energyfi community on Echain and what has been done so far. But first let’s go back to the root of the Echain’s project.

1/ Why Echain?

Our team has been working for one year now on Energyfi: building bridges, swaps, launchpad, farming pools, intuitive UI and much more.

Throughout the Energyfi constant action we have been able to work on several blockchains. We have realised many things, but most importantly we have realised that it was time for us to stop building for others. We have the knowledge and the workforce necessary to build our own network so why not simply do it?

We believe that Echain will benefit Energyfi as much as Energyfi will benefit Echain. A win-win situation for both entities.

2/ The dawn of Echain

Echain will be a lightning fast, scalable, DeFi-driven and EVM Layer-1 smart contract network focused on energy efficiency and interoperability.

Echain Token ECT is the native utility token of Echain network. ECT will be used to pay transaction fees or any services directly related to the on-chain activity.

3/ Echain: $ECT tokenomics

Regarding the long-awaited tokenomics, we tried our best to make it fair for all, keeping in mind every actor of the network, from investors to validators. Also note that Echain token will launch in an organic manner. An organic launch with a small hardcap that will ensure the initial investors start their Echain journey with a low marketcap but an huge potential.

4/ Few things to know

First of all, Echain development has started already behind the scenes, as we want to stay ahead of our roadmap. Echain website will be online soon.

Seed funding and private sale are completed. In seed funding, we have raised 15 ETH (tokens to be locked up to 12 months). In private sale we have raised 23 ETH(tokens to be locked up to 3 months).

ECT public sale will take place on Energyfi’s launchpad, on the BSC network. All the details of the public sale, including date, price and duration will be communicated in our next Medium article: “Your Echain Journey: letter #2”
