1) Lack of a public roadmap

We acknowledge the community’s concern about the absence of a public roadmap.

Initially, when Gamium was created, a public roadmap was available in the first whitepaper, and updates were communicated clearly and regularly through social media. Unfortunately, delays or strategic changes to the roadmap often resulted in FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt), causing more harm than good. Consequently, we adopted a stealth mode working approach, which involves working “in silence” to deliver results without pre-announced timelines.

However, the stealth mode working approach can reduce the community’s engagement and excitement about our developments.

So, in response to the community’s feedback, Gamium will transition to a public roadmap without exact timelines. This change aims to provide transparency while mitigating the risk of FUD from missed deadlines.

Here is the current public roadmap, which is divided into different key initiatives.

Quick note: Didit specifics are not included in this roadmap because it’s being separated from the Gamium core so that it can have its own roadmap. Although, $GMM holders will benefit from Didit’s success.

Gamium Roadmap:

1- Enhance Gamium’s SocialFi product, https://gamium.world:

• Objective: Introduce new features and utilities while establishing long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support the project’s longevity.
• Progress: We are in discussions with blockchain networks and exchanges that have shown great interest in our product, particularly appreciating its user experience and the functionalities we have developed.

2- Launch the Genesis Metaverse product:

• Overview: You’ve already seen a sneak peek of the Genesis Metaverse during Gamium’s Beta release. Our Metaverse will offer a customizable experience where users can navigate easily, socialize, buy and sell on a marketplace, and engage in financial interactions seamlessly.
• Features:

— Access and Creation: Genesis will facilitate access to the creation and publication of 3D Metaverse Experiences.

— No-Code Editor: Genesis’ No-Code Editor will allow users to build proper 3D Metaverse Experiences in 5–10 minutes.

— Financial and Identity Infrastructure powered by Didit.

— Gamium LANDs: Gamium LANDs will be essential for publishing and accessing Genesis’ 3D Metaverse Experiences.

• Innovation: We are revolutionizing the Metaverse space with a winning product. The main challenge remains the go-to-market (GTM) strategy to generate demand for Metaverse offerings, but we firmly believe that with the right incentives, success is achievable.

3- Increase $GMM’s visibility:

• Strategies:

— Exchange Listings: Secure Tier-1 exchange listings.

— Partnerships: Establish long-term partnerships.

• Current Status: We are already in talks with major industry players. With the circulating supply of $GMM nearing 100%, now is the perfect time to boost the token’s visibility and create upward momentum in the market.

2) Missing utility in $GMM

This concern has always been present. We’ve already made some progress with the release of $GMM’s Tokenomics 2.0, including deflationary mechanics with regular token burns.

During these first 3 years, the primary goal of $GMM has always been to support the development of the products that would establish Gamium as a leader in the Metaverse and web3 spaces. Today, these developments are nearing completion, so we believe it’s time to shift the primary goal of $GMM to enhancing its utility and demand.

We are currently in a unique position with $GMM: 98% of the tokens are already in circulation and 100% of early contributors and private sale participants have already vested their shares. Moreover, $GMM has become a deflationary token thanks to the deflationary mechanics applied in $GMM’s Tokenomics 2.0. This means there is no additional supply flooding the market.

Combining this privileged Tokenomics context with our advancements in technical development, now is the perfect time to start delivering utility to $GMM.

We will integrate utility to $GMM into almost every aspect of both Gamium (SocialFi) and Genesis (Metaverse) products. The initial utilities will be:

• Gamium.world: Users will receive attractive discounts on fees for launching a social token or swapping if they pay with $GMM instead of $BNB.
• Genesis: $GMM will serve as the “in-game” token of the platform, which will be used to buy LANDs and 3D Assets in the marketplace, and for additional social utility, similar to how Robux functions. This will reinforce our plans to make $GMM the Nº1 Metaverse token in the world.

More utilities will be introduced once these initial utilities are correctly tested and implemented.

3) Gamium’s Airdrop Points

Gamium’s Airdrop Points will be utilized for future $DIDIT (Didit’s token) distribution. More details on this can be found in the Didit-$GMM relationship section below.

It’s still too early to finalize the conversion formula from Gamium’s Airdrop Points → $DIDIT tokens, but we are confident it will be very favorable for our users.

4) What’s next for LANDs

Gamium LANDs are crucial to Genesis and its whole Metaverse economy. They represent virtual real estate where 3D Experiences can be published and made accessible to the public.

While anyone can create Experiences, publishing them requires owning a Gamium LAND (each LAND can host only 1 Experience).

This scarcity model aligns with our vision to make a Metaverse with a LAND-based viable economy, where LANDs are valuable assets, just like real-world estate.

Upon the release of Genesis, all functionality for creating 3D Experiences with our No-Code tool and publishing them on your LAND will be available.

5) The Didit-$GMM relationship

Didit was born from the necessity of creating a robust identity and financial infrastructure for Gamium’s Metaverse. Early in development, we realized that this infrastructure could be abstracted to address significant internet challenges, such as fraud and inefficiencies. This insight prompted us to intensify our focus on Didit’s development during the last months.

Today, Didit is a well-established company encompassing a protocol, the Didit ID, and soon, the Didit App. It solves real-world problems with effectiveness and potential.

We are proud to say that some businesses have been leveraging Didit protocol solutions since a few months ago, meaning that Didit is already generating revenue.

Moreover, Didit has collaborated with major brands like Orange, AWS, and HBX Group, and is engaging with many more. We feel that Didit is on its way to becoming the standard for how individuals navigate the internet by offering a secure, efficient, and user-friendly identity and financial solution for businesses worldwide.

Given the distinct nature of Didit, we decided to separate Didit and Gamium’s roadmaps.

We are currently in discussions with venture capitalists, exchanges, and partners to position Didit as Worldcoin’s main competitor. Like Worldcoin, Didit offers a protocol, an ID, and soon, an app. However, Didit’s approach to data sovereignty and the comprehensive nature of the Didit ID sets it apart. Unlike Worldcoin’s Proof of Personhood, Didit ID encompasses much more data, enhancing its use cases and capabilities.

The Didit protocol also stands out, as we are already distributing four solutions in the market: Unified Access, Data Transfer, Identity Verification, and Digital Payments. We trust these solutions are reliable enough to make Didit the Nº1 Worldcoin competitor globally.

To fully compete with Worldcoin, Didit requires to have its own token.

Step 6) Click on Import Account to reach the import page. There, paste the private key you extracted from Friendtech.

• Buyback & burn: Using the income generated from the GMM-USDC LP fees, Gamium will perform quarterly GMM buybacks and proceed with their burn.
• Quarterly burn of GMM fees: The fees generated in the GMM-USDC LP will be burned quarterly, once every 3 months, reaffirming Gamium’s commitment to a healthy Circulating Supply and a deflationary tendency.

3. Removing GMM-BUSD Pool: A Strategic Move

In a pivotal decision, the GMM-BUSD pool bids adieu, marking the start of a transformative phase in GMM’s Tokenomics.

The pool is inactive as of November 30, 2023 (Today).

Stakers in this pool have been randomly given a grace period of 1–30 days to withdraw their stakes and rewards without penalties. Stakers of this pool will always be able to withdraw their stakes.

4. GMM Staking Culminates on November 30, 2024: Embracing Deflation

Gamium now has one active Staking pool:

• GMM Pool

The GMM Staking pool will end on November 30, 2024.

By this date, the entire GMM Maximum Supply will be liberated, marking a monumental shift for GMM into the most spectacular Tokenomics 2.0, which introduces permanent token burns and periodic buybacks & burns, propelling GMM into an everlasting deflationary trajectory.

5. Early Withdrawal with Burning: A Choice with Consequences

Stakers in the GMM Staking pool can withdraw their staked tokens conveniently before November 30, 2024, regardless of their Staking period. However, with flexibility comes responsibility.

Early withdrawals trigger a penalty — losing all accrued GMM rewards promptly converted into ashes through automatic burns by Gamium 🔥

Example: John staked 1M GMM tokens in the GMM Staking pool on September 1, 2023, for 1 year.

He decides to withdraw his stakes earlier, on January 1, 2024, only 4 months later, having accumulated 100k GMM as rewards.

John successfully withdraws his staked 1M GMM tokens but gets a penalty before — he does not receive the 100k GMM rewards he accumulated for 4 months. Instead, his rewards are automatically burned by Gamium 🔥 allowing GMM to maintain a healthy Circulating Supply.

ABSTRACT

This proposal addresses the creation of a new GMM/USDC liquidity pool on either Uniswap or PancakeSwap. The creation of this new pool aims to:

• Mitigate BUSD exposure
• Maintain Gamium Staking’s attractiveness
• Enhance GMM’s liquidity
• Strengthen Gamium’s presence in the decentralized finance (DeFi) community

One more step towards GMM Tokenomics 2.0: A 1% fee for every swap will be included in the pool, which will be used for rewards and GMM burn.

MOTIVATION

Gamium is committed to creating a robust and dynamic ecosystem for its community members with the most attractive Tokenomics in the market.

Liquidity pools on popular decentralized exchanges, such as Uniswap and PancakeSwap, provide several advantages:

After the bad news regarding BUSD, we decided to terminate the current GMM/BUSD Liquidity Pool –which will end on November 30, 2023- and launch a GMM/USDC one on either Uniswap V3 or PancakeSwap V3.

With the approval of this proposal, we are also taking one more step forward toward GMM Tokenomics 2.0 — A 1% fee for every swap will be included in the pool, which will be used for rewards and GMM burn.

ABSTRACT

This proposal aims to enhance the value of the $GMM token by implementing the following key changes:

1. Conduct 3 $GMM monthly token burns over the next 3 months, corresponding to a 10:1 $MST/$GMM ratio, starting on August 15. This means that for every 10 $MST tokens generated through $GMM Staking, 1 $GMM token will be converted and burned from $GMM’s circulating supply. The total amount of $GMM tokens that will be burned will be 360M.
2. Replace the $MST for $GMM as the utility token for Genesis.

MOTIVATION

Since day one, we have dedicated ourselves to creating the most robust Tokenomics for $GMM, and our commitment will soon culminate in a transition to a Tokenomics 2.0 version. On the one hand, conducting 3 monthly token burns over the next 3 months will enhance $GMM’s long-term value by reducing its circulating supply and increasing scarcity.

On the other hand, our decision to provide more utility to $GMM rather than introducing a new utility token ($MST) stems from our shared vision of benefiting our holders; $GMM will become more valuable as a governance token for Gamium and a utility token for Genesis. We also believe this will improve Genesis’ user experience for the Gamium community.

Together, we will create the best possible future for $GMM!

DETAILS

To achieve the objectives outlined in this proposal, the following actions will be taken:

• Replace $MST with $GMM. This means that for every 10 $MST tokens generated through $GMM Staking, 1 $GMM token will be converted and burned from $GMM’s circulating supply.
• Token Burns: 3 token burns will be executed, each involving the same quantity of $GMM tokens. 3 burns will be performed on the following schedule:
• 1st Token Burn: August 15, 2023–120M $GMM tokens.
• 2nd Token Burn: September 15, 2023–120M $GMM tokens.
• 3rd Token Burn: October 15, 2023–120M $GMM tokens.
• The total amount of $GMM tokens that will be burned will be 360M.

VOTING TOPIC

The Gamium Team proposes the following question to its community:

“Do you approve the execution of 3 $GMM monthly token burns over the next 3 months (a total of 360M of $GMM tokens), starting in August, based on the replacement of $MST for $GMM?”

The community can decide by voting on one of the following options:

STEPS TO IMPLEMENT

Burn 120M $GMM tokens from the Treasury Address on the specified dates.

This proposal aims to integrate the $GMM token, currently deployed on Binance Smart Chain (BSC), into the Ethereum chain and create a Uniswap V3 GMM/WETH pair. This will allow for increased liquidity & accessibility of the $GMM token for Ethereum users and improve the token’s trust.

MOTIVATION

Gamium’s Team wants the best for $GMM and its holders. Integrating the token into the Ethereum chain will benefit Gamium’s project in multiple ways.

Firstly, it will increase the liquidity & accessibility of the token for Ethereum users. Additionally, it will enable users to take advantage of the various DeFi opportunities on the Ethereum network, such as yield farming & staking.

Furthermore, by creating a Uniswap V3 GMM/WETH pair, users will be able to easily and efficiently trade $GMM for other Ethereum-based assets. This will provide increased flexibility & liquidity for $GMM holders and, consequently, improve the token’s reputation & trust.

DETAILS

To integrate the $GMM token into the Ethereum chain, we will need to perform a token bridge between BSC & Ethereum. This will allow everyone to transfer their $GMM tokens from BSC to Ethereum and vice versa.

Once the $GMM token is available on the Ethereum chain, we will create a Uniswap V3 GMM/WETH pair, allowing users to trade $GMM for WETH (Wrapped Ether), which can then be used in various DeFi protocols on the Ethereum network.
