This will be a big deal for places like Chupamobil who sell templates. None of my personal published apps are based on a paid template, so I hope it won’t impact them. I do have templates for multiple apps (for example Vampires, Pirates, Ninjas). However, I didn’t buy them from anyone, I created them. In the case of my Android dating app, I was selling it as a template many years ago, but no one buys it anymore.

Hi, I have Facebook comments on my game. I noticed Facebook removed comments from a user and also they can not post anymore. (see screenshot). There was no abuse from this user. How do I unban them and restore their comments? Open Graph URL Scraper not working with LetsEncrypt SSL https certificates.

I have noticed a problem with the Facebook Open Graph URL Scraper not working with https enabled using LetsEncrypt. For https://greenrobot.com/ everything works fine as I have a Namecheap cert. For https://blog.andytriboletti.com/ it doesn’t work as I have a LetsEncrypt cert. Problem with Facebook canvas payments payout report. I purchased something. Nothing is listed.

I have tested payments on my Pirates app. I don’t see the payment listed in the payout report. I have attached two screenshots: 1) the blank payout report 2) the payments history of my user who purchased the 25 pirate points. It is not a test user. I did get the diamonds credited, and everything from the user side appears to work. I just did not get paid, or have a record of what I’m owed. Where can I go to see how much Facebook owes me from Canvas payments??

Hope to get these resolved soon. Especially the one about Facebook deleting comments.

Looks like a user’s previous comments are missing from there. I did not remove them. I don’t appreciate Facebook removing comments! Makes me want to switch to comments that I host for my apps. She also can not post. I have not disabled her from posting, and I don’t appreciate Facebook banning users without telling me. From Jenny: “I had also just clicked on a link you posted — ‘my mail to rapportive…..’ etc. The comment section greyed out, my comment didn’t post, and from then on, I was locked out of Facebook altogether on Firefox.” My link was hosted on medium.com, a popular blogging platform used by a lot of people.

My mail to Rapportive asking for more info. They then respond & stop using Rapleaf immediately.
