The last Pluto transit I traversed in 2019–2020 taught me about my power, specifically where I lacked it and where I misused it. Prior to 2019, I was deeply engrained in an unhealthy relationship with my inner masculine (drive, ambition), which had formed in my childhood wounding, centered around survival and attempted control over others emotional states of being. I then spent the following few years stepping into a lifestyle I would describe as heavily guided by the Divine Feminine. Control converted itself into surrender, emotions were neutralized so that facts could lead, and power was cultivated from within. Ultimately, I raised my consciousness.

A rise in consciousness requires a rewiring of your childhood wounded perspective so that you can step into your innate soul power without the emotional distortion from the wound-colored glasses. When you raise your consciousness, you begin to understand The Game of Life, a metaphor I use (originally from the work of Florence Scovel Shinn) to grasp what’s going on here on planet Earth. When you know you’re in The Game of Life, you can better navigate your personal game board. And when you navigate with emotional neutrality, the world becomes your oyster; it is the key to open up the life of your wildest dreams.

We, as a humanity, are currently in a massive rise in consciousness; first individually, then collectively. As mentioned in my Nova Series, my healing partner Aida & I have a metaphor about this current rise in consciousness: in order to evolve yourself, you have to climb the stairs, which in return grant you higher perspectives about your life and The Game of Life itself. However, most people don’t know the stairs exist. Most people don’t know that it’s even an option to take the stairs up & out of their current state of being. Most people are busy redecorating the first floor, unaware they’ve plastered wallpaper over the door that leads to the stairs. My theory is when more people find out about the stairs, more people will start to climb out of the systemic madness that is unraveling in front of us.

Taking the stairs isn’t an easy journey — it’s one that requires courage, perseverance, and the ability to face and then transmute your shadow side (a collection of old, dense/negative fractaled patterns that we have accumulated against ourselves, such as self-sabotage, unworthiness, & self-hatred). The path up the stairs requires you to make your way through the valleys of your soul. There will undoubtedly be depths and peaks, rough and smooth terrains as you make your way from human to superhuman. When you get to the top, you deeply bow to every single step that brought you there; you come home to the truth about the world.

And what is the truth about the world? You are your own creator, for the game itself is called Creation. Every experience in your life is of your own doing. Whether it’s pre-planned before you incarnate into this life or it’s manifested through your thoughts and actions, it’s all on you. When you know and embody this truth, you win The Game of Life.

I am reintroducing myself now as someone who has won The Game of Life. What are my qualifications? I’ve made it to the top of the stairs. (Not to say there aren’t more stairs to eventually climb, but I’ve made it up to a part where there aren’t many people up here, and this recent Pluto transit has consistently mirrored to me that it’s my dharma (purpose) and responsibility to help others ascend.) I’ve done something pretty incredible over the last few years that merits this new introduction; I’ve mastered my mind & created a deep relationship with my subconscious.

Since my last Pluto transit that ended in late 2020, I consciously cultivated a new version of myself: The High Priestess, the healer. One becomes a healer first and foremost by healing themselves (mentally, emotionally, physically). They then have a unique ability to assist others, as they have a blueprint to share on what it takes to climb up the stairs. For much of the last two years of this current Pluto transit, my power has been focused on assisting others on their healing journeys. I’ve written extensively about this with my work as a reiki healer with Nova Festival survivors. I have a word-of-mouth astrology service where I’ve read others’ charts. I work with a handful of superhuman mentees, assisting them along on their journey up the stairs to raise their consciousness to a point of mastery.

Ultimately, I am the High Creatress, a High Priestess who uses creativity as her Divination compass. There’s an artistic ambience and aesthetic in all that I do because creativity is my life’s driving force. My Midheaven (the legacy/reputation spot in a natal chart) is at the final degrees of Virgo… refinement in the process and mastery with the details. I design & curate my life through multiple creative outlets: Constructing Divine Feminine Prayer altars, cooking delicious garden-to-table & hormone balancing meals, forming flower arrangements, writing, painting, dancing, designing healing sanctuaries for detailed Reiki healing sessions, facilitating Plant Medicine ceremonies, & insightful astrology conversations.

I have curated my entire life to be a beautifully refined, romanticized experience with The Divine Feminine. Evenings are my favorite: Pink salt lamps & essential oil candles light & fragrant the house, I run myself a hot bath or shower, while smooth music plays in the background. All of this gives the space a sultry ambience only She can create. I abide by Her rules and ever since I pledged my allegiance to Love, grace, & beauty, my life truly became Divine!

There’s another creative focus that I’ve kept fairly private, or at least off of my online commentary. My friends and family have known about this part of my life for a number of years, but it’s not something I’ve talked about specifically in my written musings. Before I ever considered myself a healer, I considered myself a storyteller, a writer specifically. I have spent the last decade devoted to birthing the immense foundational work of my intellectual property. In fact, writing out this IP turned me into a healer. This is another qualification of my winning of The Game of Life; I cracked the ultimate manifestation code: I astonishingly wrote my life… past, present, and future.

Everything I have written has been manifesting in real time. I am a master storyteller and artistic creator. My imagination is my strongest asset as I traverse my specific game board. If I can imagine it (and write it), it will inevitably manifest in real and due time. This project is my dharma; as I wrote it, it wrote me. I look forward to sharing more about this part of my life as its creative forcefield has been my directional compass in everything I do; it’s why I came to Earth this lifetime.

To acknowledge what Einstein stated, we can’t fix, repair, or heal (Tikkun Olam) from the same frequency that we’ve been collectively creating from. The past dense frequencies continue to fractal together the pattern that manifests our experience in this world which is why we’re still in such horrific turmoil. We haven’t changed our collective radio station (via enough people doing inner work to tip the collective scale) so our fractals are continuing to loop and manifest in a dark narrative. How do we properly Tikkun Olam if most of us are completely unaware of the fractals of frequency that create the nature of our reality?

During my time at the Nova Exhibition in LA, surrounded by my fellow Jews who want a better world, much of the conversation about the war happening in Israel was (metaphorically) if we chop off the head of the snake (leaders of terrorist organizations), then the snake dies. The issue I find with this perception is that is does not reflect the truth of our fractals of frequency creating our reality. We can look to Mother Nature’s most profound teaching to see this example play out — a garden; if you kill something unwanted off, but the environment remains the same, it will grow back, and often times with a vengeance because a void space has been created for more to beget more (everything begets everything in the fractals of frequency; it’s what keeps life manifesting and moving forward).

As mentioned, the astrology of this decade+ is demanding the old narrative (built on false fractals) to collapse which ultimately makes room for a new narrative (based on spiritual and energetical truth) to be built in its place. It is important to keep this present in your thoughts; we are in a huge shift of our human consciousness right now (the shift in consciousness upon us is learning that we are frequency). It’s time for out with the old, let’s build the new. But how do we do that?

When a narrative collapses (whether personal or societal), it is like a dying, diseased fish out of water — flapping around, gasping for air, trying to survive; completely unaware of the rebirth on the other side. In our wounded perception, we try to bring the familiar fractals back to life by attempting to fix something that has already collapsed. As one of my favorite astrologers, Pam Gregory, says, “Do not resuscitate something that is meant to die off.”

I think it’s important to note that although I am Jewish, I am not a sides person. My perspective is about humanity and not the corrupt governments that have been perpetuating war from the dense levels of energy they have been operating from for far too long. I believe Jews deserve a homeland (the same way I believe Muslims deserve a homeland) which is the definition of Zionism. However, due to the narrative collapsing and wounded perspectives running rampant, this word has become an emotional trigger (which just further clarifies how wonky things have gotten and how people all across the board are relying on their emotional wounding to guide them rather than the facts of the situation).

Since October 7th, we’ve seen a rise in antisemitism and the Jewish community have collectively been trying to combat it. If combat begets more combat, the pattern keeps repeating (Law of Attraction teaches us that what is focused on multiplies and makes manifest). One cannot fight fire with fire. As Jews, perhaps our job shouldn’t be focused on combating antisemitism; in fact, perhaps combating is a disservice that keeps us trapped in our own karmic loop in the Wheel of Samsara; repeating never again… again and again. Perhaps we’ve been unknowingly aiming our creation power in the wrong direction. If we begin to look at the world as an energy grid created by the frequencies of our collective thoughts and emotions which make manifest the nature of our reality, we can then address our collective atrocities from A Nova (New) Way of Healing.

If we stop focusing on what we don’t want (antisemitism, war, racism, mass shootings, assaults… name another 5000 atrocities) and pull our focus to what we do want (Love and peace for all of humanity), the fractals of frequency will align to this truth.

This is the way to heal the world; we create a new narrative based on spiritual and energetical truth. It is impossible to heal when people are unaware of what is broken. We need new conversations about frequency so more people can begin to see how the nature of our reality is created through our own thoughts and emotions. If people don’t have access to this conversation around understanding frequency, is the loop of atrocities will continue playing out in a dark narrative. If we shift our focus to assist in the rise in consciousness, self-awareness, and understanding frequency, we will undoubtedly see a different (and more desirable) outcome. Healing our own consciousness’ is how we heal the world. Heal yourself, heal the world.

Shortly after the Nova Exhibition arrived in LA, I set up a reiki healing sanctuary and sound bath room up above the exhibition. Aida and I volunteered our services during the two months Nova was in LA. We gave over 80 reiki sessions and a number of sound baths to survivors, producers and staff, and special guests of the exhibition. We all collectively created what I call a “Waltar” (an altar on a wall made of sticky notes of inspiration). Everyone who came through for a session contributed a word, affirmation, or positive sentiment. Together we wove an Infinity of these words, increasing intentional healing power to the energy of the room.

What happened in these sessions from the perspective of frequency were again, like Lee’s story, nothing less than astonishing. There are 30+ stories I could share that would have your jaw on the floor, but for the sake of keeping this musing a digestible length, I’ll share two.

Aida and I worked with Yaira, the mother of a 27-year-old beauty, Tamar, who quite possibly had the most tragic death story I heard while serving at Nova (it involved finding her daughter’s charred rib bones scattered on the side of the road). When we met Yaira, she was a shell of a human, totally broken (rightfully so). Filled with tears that were constantly streaming, and the persistent question of, “Why? Why did this happen to her?”

The first time we worked with Yaira, we got her relaxed. She said she hadn’t had that kind of relaxation in the last year, if ever. She was shocked — and then upset that she spent that hour not thinking about Tamar. She came back to see us two days later for another session. This time, both Aida and I were guided to treat her in a different manner. Aida focused on light touch while I built a cocoon around her aura so that she could “enter the next phase of grief” (the message I heard from the reiki forcefield). I abided as I wove together with my hands the energetic grid for this jump in consciousness to occur.

A few hours after the second session, we saw her down in the exhibition’s healing room — she was a completely different human. She was standing tall, had light beaming out of her eyes, and was smiling. The woman who was nearly dead upon arrival was smiling! She rushed up to us to tell us that she’d been at the memorial photo wall, talking to Tamar. She engaged in conversation with some of the exhibition visitors and for the first time, she felt the joy and happiness of having the gift of being Tamar’s mom… the next phase of grief. We had brought a woman back from the dead, energetically speaking. Her soul was ready for the frequency upgrade; it was time for her to evolve. To be of assistance in her healing process is an incredible experience that humbles me and continues to bring tears to my eyes when I think of her.

Then there was another beauty we worked with (keeping her identity private), who survived the attack in a woodsy area, where she was mostly alone. She had a hard time putting words to what had happened to (for) her on October 7th, until I was able to explain frequency to her after her first reiki session. Similar to Lee’s experience, her body was there in the physical plane where terror was occurring, but her consciousness was elevated.

She said the moment she began to run (first to her car, then to the woods), she felt a force that wasn’t her; this force was moving through her and calling the shots on her behalf. She was also on a consciousness-altering substance from the party, which may have helped her remain neutral in her emotions; she didn’t dive into a frequency of fear when the attack started. During the time she spent along in the woods, she said she hugged trees and talked to Nature/God (creating more Love, higher frequency) and had come to a peace of mind that if it was her time to die, then so be it. Hours later, a lone Hamas terrorist spotted her from 30 yards away. He began to charge toward her with a weapon in his hand. She stood there, in her high frequency having embodied Amor Fati (the acceptance of her fate), and smiled at him. When he got six feet in front of her (which is generally the size of our auric fields), his body repelled back and he ran away. The higher-level frequency she was at made her impenetrable (because Love always triumphs over fear).

These experiences with the survivors proved to me that teaching awareness of frequency — and how to tune yourself to higher Love frequencies through the process of inner work — is where our focus should be for changing the world.

Throughout 2024, as Jewish communities began to invite October 7th survivors to speak about their experience, I connected with a friend on the board of a Jewish non-profit who had experienced the Goddess reiki session himself; he knew the magic it offered. I asked him whenever the opportunity presented itself to introduce me to survivors that came his/the non-profit’s way.

The first survivor I met was Lee Sasi. Lee, an American, was in Israel during the High Holiday season of 2023 visiting family; her cousin Omri Sasi is one of the Nova Festival producers. Lee has done a number of interviews telling the story of her physical experience in the bomb shelter that day. The story I’m about to share is her spiritual experience that has not been told publicly. What happened to her from the perspective of frequency is nothing less than astonishing.

Within ten days of meeting, Lee was on Aida and I’s reiki table. Treating Lee was a first for me in regard to her kind of trauma. I was used to emotional trauma: friends/clients dealing with breakups, death of loved ones, forgiving an addict in their life, self-made limited beliefs, women who’d dealt with sexual trauma (which is nearly all women I’ve treated). But I’d never treated anyone who’d survived The Hunger Games. With that, I approached her session with gentle awareness as I had no idea what energies I would encounter.

The energies I met were essentially lingering density from that day that needed to be transmuted. This came through for me as an intense coughing storm, lasting a few minutes (this pattern would continue as I worked with more Nova survivors, along with descendants of holocaust survivors and Iranian refugees from the 1979 revolution). I left the room to handle these energies transmuting through me, heavily in my throat chakra. It was as if I was energetically processing the words (throat chakra) of the experience that they couldn’t name themselves. Simultaneously with the coughing, a story plays out in my mind’s eye showing me what trauma is being transmuted through me. With each intense coughing session always comes a beautiful story (from fear to Love) on the other side of the transmutation.

The images that came through for me during Lee’s session amazed all of us once the session was done and we began sharing our experiences. In my mind’s eye, I’d seen an older Merlin wizard-type man with a full grey beard, wearing a turban on his head and a hearty robe around his shoulders. In this vision, it was October 7th; he came out of his cave in Northern Africa and jumped over to Lee, who was in the bomb shelter, and wrapped an auric protection field or bubble of frequency around her. In Aida’s experience during the session, she felt and saw the presence of a man in Lee’s field, protecting her. When we told Lee what we saw, she said that was her great, great grandfather, a sound and frequency healing Sephardic rabbi from Northern Africa. She told us she cried aloud for him when she was in the bomb shelter. She told some of her fellow shelter mates that he was there, protecting them. The people she told survived.

During Lee’s experience in the Goddess session, which is sometimes accompanied by crystal sound bowls for an additional frequency sound healing, she was brought mentally back to the bomb shelter, where she had heard these similar frequencies, so intensely that she could barely hear whatever else was happening in real time. We were able to piece together from our mutual experiences during the reiki healing that her ancestral grandfather sound healer had wrapped her (and the ones she was able to share his presence with) with a higher vibration frequency (Love) to keep her safe from the lower vibration frequency (fear) happening mere feet away. Her body, there in the bomb shelter, had not only been shielded from the terror occurring, but her soul’s energy — her consciousness — had been protected by a higher-level frequency which made her impenetrable (Love always triumphs over fear because it is simply a higher, cleaner, faster vibration).

From there, I took Lee on as a spiritual mentee. It was clear she was wide open to discussing the energetics of what is happening in the world (see: our collective consciousness upgrade) because she herself had such a powerful experience with frequency on October 7th (to truly understand frequency, one must have a personal experience with it). From our session and the conversations that followed, her healing process excelled because she was now working with a new foundation of spiritual and energetic truth; when you have the truth, you are set free from the bondage of false perception.

The week after Hersh, Carmel, Eden, Alexander, Almog, and Ori were murdered, Lee messaged me asking to help her fellow survivors. She was at the Nova Exhibition which had recently opened in LA. She asked if I could come and do reiki for them, as they were all having a difficult time from the intensity of the perpetual war they were intrinsically tied to. I showed up the following day as Lee’s guest and met survivors and staff. It was clear to me that this was the perfect environment, as if it had been built for me to be at my highest use; I could serve immensely here. And not just survivors but also the [mostly] Jewish staff who were swimming in the heavy grief of their people and history.

After treating Nova Exhibition producer Ilan Faktor (a man who’s been in the world of alternative healing modalities for most of his life) to a reiki session, he told me, “You have a gift of electricity moving through your hands. You can help heal our survivors.” From there, he gave me the empty top floor above the back offices and told me to do whatever I wanted. And so, I did. (Thank you, Universe, for responding so perfectly to my request.)

The second part of this series is a reflection of how frequencies work through the lens of my experience working with the Nova Music Festival survivors. These stories are the untold healing stories, the magic that unfolded during our reiki sessions. Ultimately, these stories are about power. They are otherworldly… a glimpse into the unseen world of frequency, energy, vibration, and consciousness. My intention in sharing these incredibly sacred stories is to help clarify how we repair our world (Tikkun Olam) from a higher state of awareness (see: “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.” — Einstein).

Before we dive in to their healings, let’s go back to the origin of pain: October 7, 2023. Because I view the happenings of the world from a perspective of frequency, what I see about October 7th that others may be missing is that it was a physical manifestation of the war on consciousness (Love vs. fear, light vs. dark, good vs. evil). The density of Hamas (lost souls who have been essentially programmed by the frequency of fear and evil) clashed with the light of the Nova Music Festival and the Kibbutz Be’eri (dancing trance kids and hippies living off the land, the frequency of Love) making manifest the two societal wolves; whichever one you feed wins. Humanity’s collective consciousness has been feeding (through our individual fractals) the frequency of fear for a long, long time.

Along with understanding the fractals of frequency, I also look to the collective astrological weather report. This decade is designed to breakdown an outdated version of consciousness and build a new version of consciousness. We can look to an iOS for a tangible example; when your device is no longer useful, it does some wonky stuff which lets you know that it’s time for an upgrade to a new system. The astrology of this decade+ tells us it’s time for an upgrade in our collective consciousness. And it’s clear to see the wonky breakdown is happening, globally.

If there’s one thing to take away from these musings of mine, it’s everything begets everything. This is because the fractals match and multiply. Love begets move Love. Kindness begets more kindness. Hate begets more hate. Bombs begets more bombs. We heal the world by raising our collective frequency, one-by-one, by choosing a higher vibration personally to beget a higher vibrational collectively.

The way to win this kind of energetic war isn’t with bombs and retaliation; it’s by collectively changing each of our frequencies to vibrate higher, therefore rising above the current vibration of the Wheel of Samsara which is playing itself out in fear, looping over and over again. Because most people unknowingly contribute to the fear with their unhealed emotional trauma, and our thoughts and emotions become physical experience, that means we have war going on in our outside world directly due from the war going on inside of us; this is personal and collective (as above, so below).

After receiving my reiki attunement during the pandemic years, I began to see/feel/understand the energies Kabbalah teachings speak of. It’s like that meme of the kid scooping his hands over each page of a book and then pouring the knowledge into his brain, absorbing osmosis style. As ancient wisdom was streaming through me through the reiki, I began to embody as a Kabbalist Priestess (fun fact: The High Priestess Tarot Card is a woman holding a Torah).

As I practiced on friends and began taking clients, their resounding response was clear; I was a gifted astrologer and a powerful healer. I spent the last five years studying and honing these skills, figuring out how to properly use and respect the incredible power source streaming through me. My definition of healer is someone showing you it’s possible so you can heal yourself. Healing your consciousness is a deeply personal and entirely internal journey that involves rewiring your false patterned beliefs/thoughts; having an example is crucial because this information has not been available in the collective zeitgeist (yet…).

When October 7th happened, I pulled back into observer mode. I spent the following months assessing how I could best serve my tribe as the Kabbalist Priestess I’d become. I have two very specific gifts to offer which place me in my highest use: healing sessions and my writing, with both of these modalities simply allowing me to be a vessel for a higher power and wisdom to stream through. I knew if I could get survivors on my reiki table, I could help them. So, I put a request out to the Universe: bring me survivors.

I’ve written about reiki before, but here’s a quick refresher: reiki is a relaxation technique that balances the human energy system, supporting the body’s natural healing process. Think of it as a massage for your aura. Reiki offers a chance to restore emotional, physical, and mental energies to the recipient. Often, visions happen or messages are received, similar to the planes of consciousness that are accessed by psychedelics, meditation, breathwork, yoga, etc.

There are a few reasons why my reiki sessions are unique. First and foremost, it’s important to note that I did not work alone in the Nova reiki sessions. I certainly can facilitate reiki by myself, but it is more powerful when my healing partner, Aida, joins in. Together, we have created what we call the “Goddess” reiki session (Goddess because there are multiple hands — like a Goddess — on the recipient). The reason the Goddess reiki session works so well is because the session is intentionally curated to invite the recipient into a deep relaxation of the nervous system, which then allows for the mind and body to pause from its normal state of being (often filled with anxiety from the overactive wounded subconscious). With the stream of reiki flowing through our hands and into the relaxed recipient’s energy field, the recipient’s frequency rises and a consciousness healing occurs.

Another unique experience my reiki sessions include is the presence of a grandiose elemental altar in the same room dedicated to Love. (Altars have Kabbalistic roots.) With this elemental energy present along with the reiki streaming through, a phenomenon occurs: the room is overtaken with immense cosmic intelligence and high frequency (Love). Merging the two modalities of altars and reiki, the healing power expands and excels quickly.

The Universe responded to my request (as it always does when I am in alignment for service work) as this is the unique Kabbalistic healing ritual Aida and I offer to Nova survivors. Nova means new, specifically a newly visible star or nebula. With this practice, a Nova way of healing was born.

The planets show us what is happening. The zodiac signs show us how it’s happening. The houses show us where (area of life) it’s happening in. And the transits show us when it’s happening.

Astrology tells us there is a turn of the wheel happening. Our world is changing, evolving, and heading into new territory. Astrology, the highly intellectual cosmic guidance system that it is, offers us a suggestive timeline of the shift in consciousness’ schedule, both personally and collectively. Personally, we look to the natal chart. Collectively, we look to certain transiting aspects that bring about change. Astrology is not necessarily predictive; think of it as a cosmic and energetical weather report. It keeps records from history, aligns us to the current energies each day brings, and offers ideas of bigger themes and lessons ahead.

The cosmic weather report for the decade of the 2020s is shocking and chaotic… it is death, transformation, and rebirth. In other words, we are in a collective Pluto transit. As one of my favorite astrologers says regarding this decade’s energy, “The purpose of chaos is to reunite Heaven with Earth.” Anyone who has survived and thrived through a personal Pluto transit will tell you it was one of the hardest things they’ve ever had to do but it was worth every second of it because they evolved into a far better version of themselves. This is Pluto in a nutshell.

Let’s rewind to January 12, 2020. The start of this decade welcomed in a doozy of a transit: Pluto conjunct Saturn at 22 degrees of Capricorn. Mercury and the Sun were also at that degree that day adding additional emphasis (having four planets in the same sign/degree is quite rare and highly significant, to say the least). What these energies translate to is Saturn assigned his signature dharmic homework, snuggled up tightly next to Pluto, whose mission is to transform at all costs. Mercury helped communicate the message and the Sun allowed a bright light to shine on it. Saturn told Pluto to do the work and Balls of Lights in human bodies were officially given a new mission: Evolve.

Sometimes things happen on the exact date(s) of these big conjunctions and other times it takes a bit of time to play out and manifest in the physical realm, as other transits have to play their part to help move the mission along. In March of 2020, when Saturn made its way into the sign of Aquarius (Saturn restricts, Aquarius is the collective), part one of our evolution was presented: a global pandemic.

The conditions of the pandemic caused our usual ways of living as a collective to quite literally become restricted. The lockdown of 2020 was a gift for many as it provided time and space to do the inner work. When Saturn left Aquarius and entered Pisces in the Spring of 2023, the pandemic restrictions were officially lifted. Simultaneously, the wave of Lightworkers who have done their inner work in the past few years were (and are still) being called to serve in new ways.

Let’s talk more about Pluto, as several things are happening causing his presence to be the focused energy. The first heavy hitter was the conjunction with Saturn in January of 2020; that was his entrance to the party and what an entrance it was! Up next, America itself has been in a Pluto Return. I’ll use the personal Saturn Return as a comparison: Saturn Returns happen every 27–30 years for each of us personally. Pluto Returns do not happen to people because one rotation of Pluto around the wheel takes roughly 248 years; however, Pluto Returns do happen to countries. Astrologers use the chart of the signing of the Declaration of Independence to understand America’s innate collective astrological energies.

As mentioned, Pluto can be… uhh… brutal (see: death). Pluto transits can (will) take (drag) you to the underworld where a metaphorical death happens. It is a death of lower consciousness; it kills off anything that no longer serves. Death happens so that a transformation can begin, which also takes ample time to complete. Pluto moves slowly, as time is needed to process (and possibly mourn) the old life/way of being and to start imagining a new life/way of being. Once the transformation is complete, there is a rebirth.

Pluto is ravaging the United States’ natal chart this decade. We, a collective of citizens in a country, are in the death of a Pluto transit. We’ve already seen so much of this energy over the last few years and we will continue to see much more unfold in the coming years. While Pluto’s ultimate mission is to transform, first it must destroy. America (and much of the world) is absolutely going to shit, but know that it’s supposed to; that’s how this innate cycle of creation works. It’s intense, but it serves a deeper purpose… this is evolution.

And, last but certainly not least, Pluto moved signs during 2023–2024. Pluto has been in the sign of Capricorn since 2008 (Pluto goes through each sign within a fifteen-to-twenty-year time frame; slow as a snail that Pluto). A large collective shift happens when an outer planet (Pluto, Neptune, Uranus, and Saturn) switches signs. Yet, it’s not just Pluto shifting signs, all outer planets are switching between 2023–2026. This translates to massive, unheard of, unpredictable change.

Let’s rewind to 2008. Pluto (transformation) moved into Capricorn (system structures, i.e. governments, corporations, etc.). Because Pluto is the one who drags us down to the underworld where we are then invited to take off the wound-colored glasses, we can see what falsities we’ve been creating from in the lower levels of energy which have also infiltrated into our societal structures. What manifested was the housing crash.

What’s fascinating about Pluto shifting signs is the gnarly actions that get us in “trouble” typically happen in the sign before, and then truth is revealed in the sign it moves into. For example, the risky loans were being given out during the years of Pluto in Sagittarius (1995–2008), specifically the final few years. Then when Pluto shifted into Capricorn, we saw the damage that had been done (via ignorance, stemming from a collective that vibes lower than 200) which therefore erupted into the crisis.

Pluto’s mission during its trip through Capricorn from 2008–2024 was to breakdown-to-transform the top-down structures and systems (and if you’ve been a devotee of Last Week Tonight like I have, one can clearly see the systems are indeed breaking down, amid a transformation process). Back to now. Pluto has moved into Aquarius (humanitarian causes, i.e. communities, futuristic idealism, artificial intelligence, and ultimately power to the people). It will stay in Aquarius until 2044. Throughout 2023–2024, Pluto teetered between Capricorn and Aquarius. This energy weaves the story together with these specific archetypal energies to reveal the manifestation of how the structures and systems in place (Capricorn) and humanity and society (Aquarius) have been manifesting/playing out at the current level of energy we’re collectively at (low, dense AF).

Toward the end of 2024 and moving into 2025 onward a bit — Pluto will do the big reveal (much like we saw in 2008 with the housing crisis). And with Pluto being the one that removes the wound-colored glasses, we’re going to see — more than ever — how clear it is that we, as a collective of people (Aquarius), are in a humanitarian (Aquarius) crisis (Pluto) because of our outdated top-down structures (Capricorn) that have been running at the lower levels of energy (atrocities such as our collective money has powered wars, our governments are failing us, and corporations are holding the power).

If you thought 2020 was wild, wait until you meet 2025! The breakdown will be brutal. Think: Mother Nature’s revenging on low consciousness and the systems in place cannot and will not be able to handle it. These years of devastation and disasters are designed to show us what must change as we rebuild our old crumbling greed-centered paradigm with a new inspiring Love-centered paradigm.

Our collective wheel of karma has brought us to the lowest of lows (y’all… there are school shootings…on repeat. I don’t think there’s a lower manifestation than that.). We are reaching an astrological time where massive transformation energies are flowing in to assist in our evolution. When enough of us do the inner work to raise our consciousness, we tip the level of energy to rise from this hellscape that our own collective emotive thoughts and feelings have created. From there, we create a new vibrational reality and therefore physical reality.

Lord Pluto is here to save the day. He comes in to show us exactly what’s been going on behind the scenes of the collective wound that has caused us to live in such density and darkness. And that part is, as anyone who’s survived a personal Pluto transit will tell you, … brutal. It’s the death part. And from my current perception, this energy goes on roughly during 2023–2026 (possibly longer?).

Part of shifting from one level of energy to another is that two narratives are going at the same time. Meaning: one is leaving the old stories and beliefs behind and the other is creating new beliefs; wires cross as the transition takes place. The thing about raising a collective’s energy is… there are a lot of wires crossing as a mass ascension takes place. This has already been manifesting in our world for quite some time by way of the narrative collapsing. We don’t know what’s what anymore, but consider this part of what’s necessary for the narrative to collapse. For when the narrative collapses (and it will… see: Pluto), that’s when people, more than ever before, will be hungry for inner work to figure out who they are and why they’re here.

Yes, disinformation is real and has complicated things, but from my current perspective, it’s like a slowly dying beast screeching as it goes out; it’s just noise that may keep you distracted from the work at hand: personal inner work. A note on how to maintain your sanity as the world continues to crumble: witness the collapse of the old paradigm but choose not to partake in it. Keep your focus and attention on building the new world which will be energetically built by heart-centered actions. Stay in your rooted purpose, help where you are ready, willing, and able, and find joy in your life. As astrologer Pam Gregory often says, “Lock onto Love as your docking station.”

When we get to February of 2026, Saturn will deliver the next piece of the evolution homework when he conjuncts Neptune at zero degrees of Aries. Any two outer planets conjuncting brings about potent energy for the collective but the reason this particular meet up is significant is that it is at the very beginning spot of the zodiac, implying a brand-new start. The homework has to do with our spirituality, our subconscious, and our dreams. This has the energetic makings of a Renaissance.

By this time, the narrative should be pretty shattered as Pluto will have undoubtedly done its first task of destroying. Just the fact that we’ve recently acknowledged we have UFOs is a huge narrative disruptor (our Alien ancestors/the cohabiting beings of the Universe are best represented by Aquarius!). Imagine how much more there is to learn about this in these coming years, potentially giving humanity an entirely new perspective on life itself and our existence in the galactic Universe!

With a shattered narrative, we can enter transformation, part of Pluto’s mission. My intuitive feeling is that the majority of years Pluto traverses Aquarius will be filled with mass spiritual awakenings followed by mass inner work, the need for facilities to help heal the mind, body, and spirit (Pluto in Aquarius will also bring in technologies and energy modalities that will assist in our healing), the need for healers, the need for leaders who are awakened and heart-centered. Overall, a time ripe to fulfill Pluto’s mission during its twenty-year trip through Aquarius which is to transform the collective.

During this time, people are going to be guided down a path to set themselves free. As a collective, we’ll aim to reclaim ourselves, and our soul sovereignty, ultimately taking our power from the lower levels to the higher levels of energy. Aquarius is nothing if not Power to the People. As far as Pluto rebirth, it isn’t clear what — or when — this is to be just yet. Hopefully by 2044 and those coming years as Pluto moves into Pisces, we will see the fruits of our labor (and I certainly have high hopes for our children being able to collect its abundance).

An esteemed intuitive astrologer I listen to is keen to say we may be benefitting from our hard work as early as 2032. But who’s to say at this point? We have to walk through the collective dark woods and eventually, we will get to the other side. The dark woods are unknown, yet we must surrender and trust the path, especially as the narrative collapses. No need to fight the dying narrative. It is a waste of your precious time and mental energy. Protect your soul’s light and focus on building the future. The Lightworkers were assigned to rebuild a better world through their spiritual gifts, their innate astrological talents, and their heart-centered energetic force fields. Let’s find as much joy in the recreation process as possible.

Anyone who’s studied the Law of Attraction concept will know that our thoughts and emotions dictate our manifestations (when I say manifestations, I’m not referring to only a specific desired object, rather how our lives are continually manifesting in this reality, moment by moment, via our life experiences). Our manifestations come from our personal fractals (via the thoughts and emotions) that align us each with a particular frequency. Negative thoughts = negative experience. Positive thoughts = positive experience.

Another way to breakdown this concept is if one is living with thoughts and emotions of fear and hate, they will [mostly unknowingly] tune into a lower frequency that manifests real-life reflections of that inner experience (think anger, jealousy, shame, misery, blame). If one is living with thoughts and emotions of Love and kindness, they will tune into a higher frequency that manifests in a real-life reflection of that inner experience (think peace, Love, joy, happiness, hope). I find most people vacillate between the two; they want a life filled with Love but fear patterns have been ingrained within them and continue rearing its intensity because 1. they have yet to fully transmute their emotional trauma and 2. they look outwardly at the state of the world and allow the scary narratives into their minds, tainting their fractals to continue manifesting a fear narrative.

The kicker: much of our thoughts and emotions are stimming from the subconscious which was [most likely] programmed through the perspective of the wounded childhood self. Most people have not done work with their inner child and their subconscious, so most are not even aware of what is actually dictating their manifestations. Once this is studied and applied through the inner work of rewiring your wounded patterns, anyone can raise their own frequency and change the trajectory of their life.

Our individual fractals also contribute to a larger force field called the collective consciousness: the whole of all of us. When each person begins the personal process of shifting their frequency to higher “radio stations,” that affects the collective pool, ultimately swaying the fractals to grow in the direction of Love.

It is challenging to do inner work without the knowledge of frequency also in the conversation. They are both equally important to study and understand for yourself when you’re on an evolution journey. When you understand what frequency level you’re tapping in to (and more importantly, the frequency your subconscious is tapping in to because the unhealed perspective will always run your show until you actively do the inner work to transmute and neutralize it — which can take multiple years and lessons, like the peeling of an onion), then you have a better idea of how your game of life is playing out. When more of us understand these two concepts and have applied them to our lives, we will undoubtedly have a different world.

Look… people don’t know what they don’t know. They use the tools they have in front of them to navigate their lives (most people do not have inner work tools yet). There’s no human or political side to blame. Everything that is happening is happening as a result of our collective karmic wheel, playing itself out in the densities of the frequency scale because that’s the level where we, collectively, have been emotionally participating.

Astrology tells us a turn of the wheel is happening… but we have to participate in turning the wheel by guiding the frequencies to higher perceptions which is done through individual inner work. Call it Kali Yuga, call it the Age of Aquarius, call it the rise of Atlantis, call it the 5D, call it the New Earth… regardless of its name, it is happening and we must assist in ushering it in.

So, now that we’ve acknowledged where we collectively are, let’s take a Plutonian deep dive to truly understand what is happening and how and why we can shift it.

The systems currently in place that society runs off of are being conducted at the lower levels of energy (under 200) therefore most (if not all) of the things produced by the system run at a lower frequency. This includes the food supply, the education, the financial corporations, the governments, the media… all the things that create what many would call the Matrix. Time and time again we see things that serve the system (financial gain) being prioritized over humanity. This is an effect of conducting energy from the dense, lower levels of energy.

Most humans are too busy surviving, so of course their emotions are dense; survival is a dark and hard place within this energetic world (a world where all emotions are available to experience). Since most live paycheck to paycheck, most [unknowingly] run their lives by their wounded inner child, and most have unawareness that they are a sacred Ball of Light, of course the collective frequency is going to dip toward the bottom. How could it not?!

As Balls of Light, we’re all given an internal guidance system (call it intuition, gut feeling, inner knowing). With the density we have been collectively living in, we have been severed from our internal guidance systems in such a way that very few people actually utilize it. Inner work helps unlock the door to tap into your own internal guidance system. When you become in tune with your own energy, you then become more aware of the energies of others and the planet itself. Understanding this would be the breaking of the Matrix because you’re no longer unknowingly participating at the lower levels of consciousness; you are now a committed participant in yielding the higher levels of consciousness to manifest through you (you become your own altar).

Our ignorance has harmed our Mother Earth. From the lower levels, we have misused her gifts and abused her. (From the lower levels we have done this to the feminine, as well). We have lost the elemental plot of how creation of life works on this planet. Mother Earth herself is creation. She runs on the elements, the cycle of seasons and nature: inseminate, germinate, grow, bloom, live, die, transform, repeat. This is the feminine cycle of never-ending abundance. It is reliable; it is elemental.

Mother Earth and Her elements run on a cycle of abundance, yet the systems run on scarcity. Due to the Western world’s fast-paced expansion, our collective has devoted its focus toward the false God of Capitalism, straying far from Her elemental truth. In other words, we have our creation antennas backward.

We’re in an astrological time where the past narratives, tied to lower levels of energy, are unraveling themselves so that new narratives, created from higher levels of energy, can come into fruition. With the astrological shifts 2020 ushered in, more people are coming “online” to a personal higher frequency and starting to use elemental common sense. One by one, they are realizing their worth, their sovereignty, their Divinity. They’re doing the wound work to heal themselves so they can personally live better, more fulfilling lives, simultaneously contributing to help raise the collective consciousness. If you’ve made it this far in my written musings, you’re undoubtedly one of them.

Raising the collective consciousness hasn’t been a priority until now. Now is the time we can start to dig deeper into who we are and why we’re here. Now is the time to do inner work and heal our childhood wounds. Now is the time to evolve and co-create a new society where our powerful hearts are in charge instead of our powerless egos. This is where Lightworkers, healers, and change makers can focus: personal evolution to assist in collective evolution.

And that’s not to say that we should stop the philanthropy we’ve got going on. There are mouths to feed and refugees to shelter; we must assist however each of us is ready, willing, and able. What I (along with the astrology) am suggesting is that real systemic change isn’t going to come from elected officials or our past ways/ideas; we’ve got to get creative and infiltrate the system. The more people expanding their own consciousness equals a rise in the collective consciousness. That’s the bullseye that will pull the plug on the lower frequencies so that a New Earth may come to fruition through an inner revolution.

Having walked the said path, here’s the information that I’m currently working with:

We (me, you, and everyone we know) are energy (consciousness) and in this human realm (Earth), the “flux capacitor” runs on emotions. Consider each one of us a Ball of Light (originally from a larger collective energy — many call it Source, Universe, The Tree of Life, God, Ra/The Sun, Mother Nature, etc.) currently inhabiting a body having a human experience. The human experience is quite the place for emotions to have a field day. Love, joy, sadness, grief, anger… you name it, it’s all available here in this realm to experience — because that’s how this vibrational realm is built and maintained; emotions are running the show. These emotions collect upon (in our energy bodies, or auras) and in us (our hearts, minds, and nervous systems), charging up the Ball of Light inside of us to join a frequency, a level of energy. This is how our individual consciousness works.

Law of Attraction teaches us how to navigate our frequencies by paying attention to our emotions. Abraham Hicks students know this as the vortex: when you put gratitude and happy thoughts and feelings into your vortex, good things manifest in your life. When you put frustration and sad thoughts and feelings into your vortex, not-so-great things manifest in your life. Simply, you get what you give. Particularly emotionally.

There are nearly 8 billion people on Earth, living at nearly 8 billion different levels of energy. Each individual is tapped into the collective consciousness, a larger force field that energetically dictates how we as a collective species act, or rather what level we unconsciously act from. The frequencies that have the highest amount of participation via each individual’s emotional and vibratory contribution is the frequency in charge, the leading energy of the collective. This is how our collective consciousness works.

Earth is a free-will, “chose your own adventure” planet, as in you get to choose your vibration. We are creative beings who manifest our lives from our emotive thoughts, feelings, and therefore actions taken. Yet there’s a tricky part; it’s not just the conscious mind that’s choosing the reality/level of energy. The hidden subconscious is actually leading the way, which is run by a plethora of energies that scan back to past lives and/or to our current life’s emotional childhood wounds.

A wounded inner child is running most people’s lives and until we start to carefully analyze and break down said wound, we stay stuck (the wheel of Samsara, or karma) repeating past patterns until we’re able to break them and learn the lesson. One will go round and round, looping — sometimes taking multiple lifetimes — until they’re ready, willing, and able to make a different choice, which breaks the pattern. We heal our wounds by doing inner work (also referred to as self-work or shadow work). The inner work requires accepting our stories, rebuilding our thought patterns, and rewiring our nervous systems. When we go through this process, we start to embody more emotional intelligence and can begin to live and create our lives from higher levels of energy.

Another tricky part is… we’re not in charge. I’m referring to the notion that there’s a bigger plan at play here and we only have oh-so-much of the playbook to understand it. This is where surrender, faith, and trust play their virtuous parts. Sure, we’re karmically responsible for our emotive thoughts, feelings, and actions. But we’re not in charge. At best, we are co-creators. There is a piece of us here (the Ball of Light inside the body) and a piece of us elsewhere (call it galactic, call it the Higher Self). When one does the inner work, one ends up connecting the two, becoming sovereign and embodied.

My theory: The way to shift the collective is through the individual. The more of us who begin to embody higher levels of energy, higher states of emotional intelligence, and overall higher consciousness, we will begin to shift the collective outer experiences to mirror our higher states within.

Law of Attraction teaches us our outer world is a manifestation of our inner world. I.e., when most people live in the energy level of fear, fear runs the collective show. To take us even deeper, when we collectively lean too much toward the lower levels of energy, then our outer world becomes hellish. We have war going on in the outside world because a majority of people on the planet are in an emotional war inside of themselves. To quote Jon Hamm’s brilliant Gabriel in Good Omens, “You can’t have a war… without war.” And while this was a line from knucklehead of an angel, it’s true. We can’t have outer war without inner war. As above, so below.

The inner turmoil people are experiencing is due to dense emotional trauma, which has yet to be transmuted through inner work. People do not understand their sacredness (Hi! Ball of Light here having a human experience!) and the symptoms are rampant. Our world has a self-worth deficit (levels of energy below 200). Many are struggling and in all sorts of emotional pain. The past few years have shown us more than ever that the old models aren’t working. We need new ways of thinking, executing, and being. In order to transmute the old and transform into the new, we have to identify and heal the root cause: humans are dense with emotional trauma, which keeps their own Divinity hidden.

What we are witnessing in the world (war, racism, antisemitism, mass shootings, assaults… name another 5000 atrocities) are symptoms of the root cause. The root cause is a lack of connection to Source, an unawareness of one’s own sacredness. How can we ask people to treat other people sacredly when they don’t treat themselves sacredly? When one understands they are sacred, they understand others are also sacred and therefore live without causing harm, or what’s called “ahimsa” in Hindi. Once the lesson is embodied by experience, “namaste” (the Light in me honors the Light in you) becomes the way of life.

Humanity continues to loop in similar situations over and over again (“history repeating” is simply the collective wheel of karma) because we collectively haven’t understood that life is a game. In order to achieve advancement in the game, we must acknowledge the root meaning behind the game: evolution. Specifically emotional intelligence evolution, as this is the healing salve humanity currently needs. It starts personally with the inner work which creates self-awareness in our inner world… which then blends into how we do relationships with our family/friends/work/outer world… which then betters the environment of the world… person by person, community by community, over time (specifically 2023–2044 as Pluto traverses Aquarius) building a better world.

The way out of the humanitarian crises we are currently inundated with is through individual inner work. When one does inner work, a dissolving of the falsities that occupy the conscious mind occurs. And with that, a realization that everything is connected. Therefore the atrocities and “isms” of the current society become a past consciousness. A new consciousness can be born when the falsities are gone. Inner work is the medicine on how we heal the world. If you want to change the world, make the choice to change yourself first, then support others on their journey.

In March of 2020, I began creating at first what I called a “live-action vision board.” Over the previous twelve years, I’d made dozens of vision boards (there were a few years where I made them monthly in my journal). They had proven themselves to me time and time again. The very first vision board I made in May of 2008, I glued down the Hollywood Sign as a representation of my desired move to Los Angeles. Six weeks later, I was living in a house on Canyon Lake Drive a thousand yards from the Hollywood Sign. I quickly learned to be careful what I glued down as it would inevitably manifest.

The idea of creating a live-action vision board was inspired from my lessons in Ayahuasca. Instead of cut out pictures glued on paper, I used my dining room table as the base as I gather things from around my house that represented the four elements in the physical: candles, bowls of water, Palo Santa, crystals. These items not only represented what I desired to manifest but more importantly, they became a humble offering, a surrender to the power of the elements themselves. As any magician will tell you, it’s the elements that make the magic happen.

Day by day, I tended to my creation. I kept adding things: crystals, candles, tarot cards, fresh flowers, rainwater, jewelry, ornaments, tshatshkes, music, and intentions. Honestly, I had no idea what I was doing. I was fully surrendered and allowing my Higher Self to lead the way, telling me what to use and where to place things.

Simultaneously, the world was shutting down and fear was at a peak in the collective. I knew what was happening out there, but in here, inside my house and inside my soul, I was devoted to my creation and did not have the capacity to allow the collective energies to interfere (enter fear) with my top priority, Divination (prayer and service through ritual). A week into it, I realized I had created a grandiose altar for the Feminine Divine. That’s when I got the message, “You’re a High Priestess.”

What is a High Priestess?

A High Priestess’s primary intention is to serve; serve her Higher Self, serve the community, and serve the collective. A High Priestess works on her mind (doing inner work to gain emotional intelligence), her body (choosing to consume whole foods and flow in movement), and her spirit (practicing prayer or Divination). A High Priestess embodies balanced Divine Feminine and Sacred Masculine energies and co-creates with the Divine. A High Priestess aims to live her life at a high level of consciousness to therefore balance the energies of the planet. A High Priestess offers her Divination services to those who need assistance along their path of gaining higher levels of consciousness.

Upon the creation of my first altar, I started to become aware of how my entire life’s path had led me to this very moment. How all the work I’d done in the name of self-growth, the desire to deeply know myself and serve on behalf of my purpose had ultimately transformed me into a High Priestess. With the realization, I devoted my life and the standards I live by to high conscious energy. I am continually committed to raising my consciousness.

Over the course of 2020, I made several more altars. In mid-May, I had a calling to create a “Love Altar” for the collective. I was informed during a meditation that something was about to hit the collective and it was my responsibility, as a High Priestess, to create a portal (a gate or entry point between dimensions) for Love to blast through the density of dramatic change rolling through. I was still new at this and didn’t totally understand why I was being asked to do this or how it would work, but needless to say, I started to build.

I created an altar made of pink flower petals in the shape of a heart. I lit Shabbos candles and tea lights. I played Lenny Kravitz’s “Let Love Rule.” I danced around it in the midnight hours. Shortly after, Black Lives Matter was at its peak. While others took their sacred rage to the streets, I tended to the altar of Love I’d created to help energetically support the mission: raise the collective consciousness.

Building altars is a Kabbalistic tradition (amongst other spiritual and religious traditions; I focus on Kabbalah since I am Jewish). A ritualistic art form filled with ancient technology (a.k.a. energy or frequency), altars are coded by intentions to evoke miracles and healings to occur. They work because altars alter the frequency of the room. The specific items used in the creation of an altar aim to manifest transformational powers. Sacred geometry is used to align the energies of the space, creating a container for higher consciousness to stream through; altars are a portal for the Divine Light in the Kabbalist definition of Tikkun Olam.

My intention behind each altar creation is to usher in these higher frequencies into this dimension or our current reality. While an altar is being created, much like a puzzle with pieces scattered here and there fitting in exactly where its meant, the specific intention of its purpose reveals itself (always rooted in Love). The Love can be directed and guided for the room/location, the inhabitants of its space, and/or specific causes/groups/people.

In order for an altar to “come alive,” all four main elements must be present: fire (candle), water (collected rain water in a crystal bowl), air (Palo Santo), and Earth (flora). They represent the creative forces that make the intended thing manifest into existence (a.k.a. a live-action vision board). Once built, the altar comes to life and begins to breathe, literally. When you stand next to it and take it in, you visually see it, audibly hear it, and spiritually feel it. (A picture of an altar cannot truthfully reflect the feeling of on as the energy is meant to be absorbed there in the space with it. But alas, I share my photos as an example to tell my story.)

In summer of 2023, I hosted a psychedelic medicine ceremony for two of my dearest friends, both reiki masters. I created two grandiose altars in the days leading up to the ceremonial weekend. The day after our medicine journey, we pulled out the reiki table and treated each other in the same space as the altars.

I’ve written about reiki before, but here’s a quick refresher: reiki is a relaxation technique that balances the human energy system, supporting the body’s natural healing process. Think of it as a massage for your aura. Reiki offers a chance to restore emotional, physical, and mental energies to the recipient. Often, visions happen or messages are received, similar to the planes of consciousness that are accessed by psychedelics, meditation, breathwork, yoga, etc.

What happened in that space was nothing short of phenomenal. The room was filled with immense cosmic intelligence and high frequency, created from the presence of the altars along with the reiki streaming through. It was shown to me that when I added the two modalities of altars and reiki together, the healing expands and excels quickly. Quite honestly, it’s pure magic.

This is the unique Kabbalistic healing ritual I offered to the Nova survivors: reiki in the presence of an altar dedicated to the highest frequency of Love. Nova means new, specifically a newly visible star or nebula. In the healing sanctuary I created at the Nova Exhibition, the healing for these survivors occurred at a root level because the frequency had been designed through the altar alongside how each participant was enveloped in a nebula of love through the reiki. With this practice, a nova way of healing was created. Reiki with altars are a pretty wild experience and I’m deeply in love with this Divination practice. It is both an honor and a sacred duty to be able to offer this service to those who are ready to embody the transformative Love energies ever so needed in today’s climate.
