As a first step, you need to create your account on the Ispolink app. Once signed up, you’ll be able to find the “Referral” tab on the Wallet page. Key highlights on this page are the referral code, the referral bonus levels and the wallet overview.

You can track the number of people that registered on Ispolink with your referral code under the “Referral bonus levels”. There are 3 distinct categories that can bring you $ISP:

• Referred friend has signed up via Email

In the top-right corner of each reward, you can view the total number of users that were invited through your referral code. Your level-up status is displayed as a loading progress bar around the cup. Under the cup, you can view the current and remaining numbers to complete the level. Once you level-up in a category, you’re eligible to claim your $ISP rewards!

The claiming process is really simple. Under the wallet overview, you’ll find a section with the number of tokens you can claim and a button “Claim rewards”. Once you click on it, you’ll need to sign a standard transaction using your Metamask wallet. After that you should see your updated balance.

A look behind the scenes

With this blog post we want to establish a new format. From now on we will sum up for you what we’re currently working on every two weeks in a short article, so you know what’s going on behind the scenes and which product updates will be released soon.

In today’s first issue of our bi-weekly report we’re going to talk about our subscription packages for hiring services and metaverse services, our brand new reward center, and our new email notification system.

1) Subscriptions packages are coming

Soon as a company user you will be able to book for the services on the Ispolink platform as well as for our metaverse services. For our hiring services there will always be a free package so you can test out our basic features and figure out which package fits your specific needs the best. To give you access to advanced features we will offer a „Standard Package“ and an „Enterprise Package“. In addition to that you can customize the amount of user seats according to your personal needs and adjust the package to your team size.

For all the job seekers out there: Don’t worry, our platform will always be free to use for you!

We’ve also consulted an auditing firm which reviewed our payment contract. We’re currently working on the report to make sure every transaction and payment will be secured and there will be no vulnerabilities.

2) Welcome to Ispolink’s reward center!

We’re currently working on our reward center. Its core purpose is to incentivize and reward our most passionate and supportive users. You’ll be able to discover multiple and diverse small quests with GameFi elements to earn ISP tokens and other rewards.

We not only want you to use our product to reach a goal — we want you to have fun while searching for your dream job and reward you for your efforts. By that, Ispolink is the first job platform rewarding its users for searching and applying for jobs.

3) New email notification system

We also updated our email notification system. Soon every user signing up will receive a welcoming email, explaining the core features of the Ispolink platform to help you to get started. Depending on the user type you choose in the signup process, you will receive an onboarding email addressing the most important features for you.

Besides that, you will be able to receive notification emails informing you about new messages, new job postings, upcoming job interviews, hiring process updates and much more.

We’re excited to release the long awaited Ispolink BSC Token Bridge! You can access the bridge at: https://bridge.ispolink.com Now all users that want to trade ISP on Pancakeswap are able to transfer their ERC20 ISP effortlessly.

The Ispolink bridge will charge users a 1% fixed fee for every swap. Half of the fee goes to the Ispolink team, and the other half goes for bridge maintenance. To encourage the growth of our platform we’re implementing a deflationary mechanism, that is to conduct token burn event of the accumulated fees every 2 weeks.

Guide: How To Bridge ISP to BSC Network

In this guide, we’re going to show you how to bridge your ISP tokens to Binance Smart Chain Network (BSC) through the Ispolink bridge.

Pre-requisites

You need to have ETH and ISP tokens on Ethereum network. You also need to have BNB tokens on BSC network.

Transfer ISP tokens using the Ispolink bridge

Head over to the Ispolink bridge and connect to your wallet:

Select your wallet of choice. We will be using MetaMask in this guide.

Enter the amount of ISP tokens that you want to transfer to Binance Smart Chain.

If this is your first time interacting with the Ispolink bridge, you need to Approve your wallet.

After your wallet approval transaction completes, you need to press “Swap” to bridge your tokens to BSC. You may want to adjust the transaction fee accordingly if you want your transfer to complete more quickly.

Wait until your transaction is processed. When ready, a successful message should appear.

As a side note, if you want to complete your transfer later, you can access your pending Withdrawals at any time using the navigation:

Now you’d want to switch to BSC network to complete the withdrawal process. Press the “Switch Network” button and confirm through MetaMask.

Upon switching to BSC network, a prompt to complete the withdrawal should appear. Press “Retrieve Token Now”.

A side menu which lists all your pending transactions should appear. Click on the “+” sign to expand the pending withdrawal. After that, press “Withdraw Item” and confirm the transaction. You may want to adjust the transaction fee.

After the withdrawal is complete, you should see your ISP tokens on the BSC network. Make sure to add the ISP token to MetaMask in order to see your balance.

We are delighted to announce that we have made a pivotal step towards attaining our vision to provide multi-chain interoperability — we have finalized our Ethereum to Binance Smart Chain bridge!

With the rapidly growing Ethereum ecosystem, network congestions are becoming more frequent, which respectively, results in high transaction fees. Therefore, in order to address this issue, the new Ispolink Network bridge will allow $ISP holders to easily swap their tokens between the Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain blockchain networks in seamless fashion. In comparison to Ethereum, BSC provides considerably lower transaction fees and much faster block production, allowing users to take advantage of the better efficiency.

🔥 Ispolink Token Burn

We have conducted a token burn of 200,000, 000 ISP tokens on ETH, equivalent to $ 915,530 at the time of writing. You can refer to the tx id here On the other hand, we’ve deployed an ISP BEP20 contract on BSC and issued 200,000,000 ISP tokens. Both contracts can be found here (Ethereum) and here (Binance Smart Chain). To summarize, the circulating supply of ISP on Ethereum has been reduced from 10 billion to 9.8 billion tokens, whereas the tokens available on the BSC network are 200 million.

With the launch of the new BEP-20 version of $ISP, our users will be able to gain exposure to the BSC ecosystem and trade $ISP on the leading BSC-based decentralized exchange — PancakeSwap. The listing details would be revealed in due time.

User centric design is the key

As a SAAS-Company we want to provide you with a product that is not only valuable for you in your daily life, but also is a pleasure to use. Therefore, my job as the lead designer here at ispolink is to bring you the best user experience imaginable — and to do so user centric design is the key.

The user centric design process (UCD) is an approach that puts the user of a product at the center of its design and development. This guarantees that the software will be easy to use and serves customers needs. That’s why we’ve included you, the customers, in the design process with our public beta. You gave us great feedback and we collected a lot of valuable data to make improvements for you.

Below you can find a chart with the results of the survey from our beta test that shows the most crucial topics for us to work on.

As you can see: There is the wish for very specific features like a dark mode, but bigger design structures also need to be improved, like the optimization of the overall responsiveness of the Ispolink platform. Based on those insights we’ve made a lot of improvements already, which I want to share with you today. So here’s a sneak peak of what we’re currently working on and what changes you can expect in the next few weeks.

Responsive Design and Mobile Optimization: Ispolink on every device

In times where more than 80% of all users visit a website via smartphone, a mobile optimized application clearly is a no brainer. We discussed this topic already internally. So you can be sure: The overall UI design will be perfectly responsive soon.

To make the UI more flexible and therefore more adaptable to different screen sizes, we’re going to change the navigation. The navigation at the top will be replaced by a navigation drawer on the left. That way we can provide you with not only more space for the things that really matter (=your personal content) but also provide you with a smoother responsive experience.

Below you can see the old design (left) and the new design (right) of the hiring process board as an example. The old design used a top navigation bar, the new one shows our new navigation drawer (and an overall redesign).

Oh, and if you need even more space the navigation drawer can be collapsed — fully adjustable to your needs.

This is only what we will change short term, but for sure we will not stop there. In the long run we will provide you with a fully functional mobile app, bringing you all the comfort of the desktop version to your very own smartphone. Check your vacancies, send in an application for your dream job and even have your job interview on the road via video call — this and much more will be possible soon.

UX/UI improvements: Optimization according to your needs

Maybe you know it from your own days at the office: There are a lot of useful tools which provide you with necessary services for your daily work, but a lot of them are not exciting to use. Often we have a bad user experience even if the software does what it needs to do.

But we don’t want to provide you with just another forgettable piece of software that just „does what it needs to do“. We here at Ispolink had to deal with a lot of bad user experiences using different types of software in our carriers — and having our very own bad experiences in mind, we want to avoid that on our platform of course. We want you to be satisfied with our product in every way. Your experience is crucial for your success at work and for our success as a company.

You gave us a lot of valuable feedback to make some very useful UX/UI improvements. Not only to make the interface more pleasing to the eye but make it easier and more comfortable to use. So we’re working on overall better user feedback on the platform, an improved navigation, a reworked color palette, new icons, an extensive style guide for all of our assets and many more. Stay tuned for more.

Dark mode: We’re joining the dark side

Another topic which is pretty far at the top of your wishlist is the dark mode. Especially having the mobile optimization in mind and that switching places generally comes with a change of light conditions, this one makes very much sense. It also seems only logical in a world where working from home with teams across different time zones and flexible working hours becomes more and more the standard and therefore people have to work more in the evening hours, where a dark mode is simply more pleasing to the eye.

So a dark mode theme is a powerful functional improvement and we will definitely implement it in the near future. We’re currently working on an inverted version of our color palette to bring you the best experience for the dark mode.

New Feature: The calendar view

Besides the implementation of your feedback we’re also adding new features according to our internal roadmap. We already had a small teaser about this one on Twitter and now the new calendar view is ready and will be implemented with one of our next updates.

Now you can see all your scheduled interviews in one place, clean and simple organized in a list and packed with all the information you need about your interview partner and direct links for even more infos. Plus, there’s a date picker so you can jump straight to a specific upcoming meeting. And if a meeting will start soon, you will get a push notification as a reminder.

What else?

There’s even more: There will be a new optimized color palette according to your feedback, more filter options will be implemented to find the right job and the right candidates. We will also include more details about every vacant job.

Pre-requisites

Deposit ISP tokens using the Polygon Web Wallet

Head over to the Polygon Web Wallet:
https://wallet.matic.network/

Connect to your Ethereum wallet using one of the methods above, Metamask is recommended.

You’d be asked to sign the transaction — click on Sign (it doesn’t cost anything).

Once you have logged in, you will see a dashboard showing all your token balances on Polygon. Type “Ispolink” in the search field and then click “Deposit”.

After that, you need to specify the amount of ISP tokens you wish to transfer on the Polygon network. Click Transfer, then click Continue to move funds from Ethereum to Polygon.

You’ll be shown a transfer overview that shows the total gas required to bridge the token over, click Continue to proceed.

You might want to adjust the transaction fee in Metamask before sending it, so that it gets processed faster by the network.

Once your tokens are transferred, it will take 8–10 minutes for them to arrive in your wallet address on Polygon.
