            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/481/1*e-D9C6tTv5MO5a5-iP_TiQ@2x.jpeg" /></figure><p>Imagine yourself as a developer of a project having so many persons in your dm hunting for jobs.</p><p>Here’s my observation since my web3. job hunting journey.</p><p>When entering a dev’s dm,you may feel you are the only one in his/her dm submitting proposals not thinking of many other job hunters out there.</p><p>Some with resume and so many without resume.</p><p>When entering a dev’s dm,you may feel you are the only one in his/her dm submitting proposals not thinking of many other job hunters out there.</p><p>Some with resume and so many without resume.</p><p>How do you think you’ll work effectively for the dev?</p><p>Have you imagined yourself as a dev going through proposals,looking for credible individuals that can give him what he wants?</p><p>Here is what happens</p><p>👇👇</p><p>Some devs may go back to that project that you claim you’ve worked for and maybe check or ask his fellow dev (colleague) to know if you actually worked for them.</p><p>After several questionings, he will end up seeing you as a desperate person or scam become of the fake. resume you have.</p><p>You’ll be thinking 🤔 something like;what do I do?</p><p>I’ve got a solution to that.</p><p>👇👇👇👇</p><p>1-Whenever you get a job(s),do everything possible for the dev to love your performance so that whenever a co dev ask about you in a project you are applying for;even if your account is deleted,you’ll still be spoken good of.</p><p>2-As a smart job hunter,always dive deep into the project before submitting your resume,some jobs you may have submitted your submitted your resume to may not need your services.</p><p>3-Always have it at the back of your mind that you can’t have all the jobs in a project.             <content:encoded><![CDATA[<figure><img alt="" src="https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/528/1*GZ_VyWXyftTflP9bjX4UuQ@2x.jpeg" /></figure><p>As it sounds,bad right?</p><p>DeFi analyst/investors won’t like to be caught in the above mentioned.</p><p>Bull trap happens when investors see the uptrend as a bull run or pump potential and start buying or aping into the top resistance level(TA) after a pump.</p><p>This happens to most newbies and some investors after doing their own research thinking it’s a good project to ape in.</p><p>this can happen to anyone</p><p>“You papa no be dev😂” by @Investor_ruthh</p><p>You ape in at the beginning,middle current price range of what looks bullish.</p><p>Within a short period the price drops and your fund get liquidated or locked until price reversal.</p><p>To avoid this bull trap, research succinctly on;</p><p>•Price growth.</p><p>•Trading volume.</p><p>•News and trends.</p><p>•Project development.</p><p>•Social interest.</p><p>All the above mentioned servers as indicators if you know how to utilize them.</p><p>The knowledge in this can help you get into a 100x or 1000x project.</p><p>When coming to bull trap,pump occurs due to reduction in momentum,liquidity or whales taking profits aggressively.</p><p>Events in crypto space that may make whales lose confidence in the market can cause them sell their assets to avoid loss.</p><p>It can also cause price to drop during a bullish movement and trigger other traders to sell off.</p><p>This bull trap can be caused by;</p><p>-Insufficiency in fundamental support for the price increase</p><p>-Bearish news.</p><p>-Outstanding decrease in trading volume.</p><p>-Indecisive candle pattern.(TA)</p><p>-Little volume of breakout.(TA)</p><p>Some events(news) can attract even the best analysts(investors).
