Since the beginning, Kommunitas has always been committed to improving accessibility and creating a fair environment for our KOMmunity. As part of this ongoing effort, we are excited to introduce our latest feature — Kommunitas Universal IKO.

This new model is designed to open participation to a wider audience. With Universal IKO, users can now join an IKO (Initial KOMmunity Offering) without needing to stake KOM tokens, making the process more flexible and inclusive.

Instead of staking, allocation in Universal IKO will be determined by your Onchain Identity Score. Powered by Human Passport, With this approach, Kommunitas aims to create a fairer and more secure system by reducing bot activity, preventing duplicate participation, and giving genuine users better access to token sales.

Your Onchain Identity Score is calculated through Human Passport based on your transaction activity on Ethereum. It serves as a reliable signal of authentic participation, reflecting real on-chain engagement and helping build a more trustworthy allocation system.

As you continue to engage naturally on-chain, your score can grow over time. This allows you to move through different tiers, with each tier unlocking better access, higher participation limits, and a maximum token allocation based on your respective Onchain Identity Score.

Higher tiers will provide greater allocation, along with priority access and additional opportunities in upcoming sales. By staying active and maintaining consistent on-chain behavior, you can retain and improve your tier over time.

To ensure fairness during the sale process, each user will only be able to purchase tokens up to the maximum allocation assigned to their score. In the event that total participation exceeds the target raise at the end of the sale, the excess funds will be refunded to all participants on a pro rata basis.

In addition, a 5% vesting fee will apply to every token claim that enters the vesting phase, calculated based on the amount of vested tokens being claimed. However, users who choose to refund their allocation will not be charged this fee.

With the introduction of Universal IKO, Kommunitas is taking another step forward in building a more inclusive, fair, and scalable launchpad ecosystem for everyone.

Throughout the year, we’ve consistently delivered rewards across multiple initiatives within our ecosystem. For our Private Partners, a total of $51,850 has been distributed through Quarterly Revenue Sharing. Meanwhile, our Millionaire Partners have received $80,872 through Monthly Revenue Sharing, reflecting our deep appreciation to our long-term supporters.

On the staking side, we’ve allocated $62,211 in rewards to our LP Stakers, supporting liquidity and ecosystem stability. In addition, our most committed holders under the 730D Staking program have received a total of $74,071, as part of our effort to incentivize long-term participation and alignment with Kommunitas’ vision.

These initiatives are not just numbers to us — they represent our continuous effort to give back and grow together with our KOMmunity, while building a strong and sustainable ecosystem.

However, as we all know, the current market condition is still quite uncertain and hasn’t shown a clear direction for recovery yet. After a lot of consideration, we’ve had to make a difficult decision — To temporarily halt several of our reward and revenue sharing programs.

For now, this means we will be pausing the following:
730D Staker Reward, LP Staking Reward, Monthly Revenue Sharing, Quarterly Revenue Sharing, and the Millionaire Partner Cashback Program.

We understand this may not be easy news, especially for our loyal partners who have been with us for a long time. But please understand, this decision is made to ensure that Kommunitas can continue to operate sustainably and navigate through this challenging market.

Kommunitas has been standing strong since 2021, going through different market cycles together with all of you — our partners and our beloved KOMmunity. And just like before, we are focused on staying resilient and adapting to the situation.

This is not a permanent stop. We are not ending these programs. We are only pausing them for now. Once the market starts to recover and things return to a more stable condition, we fully intend to resume all of these programs as usual.

The Millionaire Partners list is now permanently closed to preserve its exclusivity.

Important Reminders for Millionaire Partners

If you are currently verified as a Millionaire Partner, to maintain your Millionaire Partner (MP) status and continue enjoying all associated benefits, please carefully review and comply with the requirements below.

Staking Requirement

You must maintain at least 10,000,000 KOM tokens staked across supported networks at all times.

• The only way to maintain Millionaire Partner status after any unstake is to re-stake and restore a minimum of 10,000,000 KOM no later than 31 December 2025.
• Any staking shortfall that extends beyond 31 December 2025 will result in permanent revocation of Millionaire Partner status, with no possibility of reinstatement under any circumstances.
• After 31 December 2025, no grace period, exception, or re-qualification mechanism will be available.

Please monitor your staking balance closely to ensure uninterrupted access to your exclusive Millionaire Partner benefits.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I currently have 9 million KOM staked. Can I still qualify?

A: Only if you reach 10,000,000 KOM by December 31, 2025. Any wallet reaching this amount on or after January 1, 2026, will not qualify.

Q: I’m already a Millionaire Partner. What do I need to do?

A: Nothing. Just maintain your 10,000,000 KOM staking requirement to keep your benefits.

Q: Will there be similar programs in the future?

A: We are always developing new ways to reward our community. Any new programs will be announced through our official channels.

Q: What happens if I unstake and re-stake later?

A: If your staked balance drops below 10,000,000 KOM and is not restored before December 31, 2025, your MP status will be permanently revoked, and re-staking in January 2026 or any later month will not restore your eligibility, even if you later meet the 10,000,000 KOM requirement again.
