Filters help you focus on specific subsets of data and analyze it from different perspectives. Power BI offers several types of filters that you can apply to your data.

🔎𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹-𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: Tailor your visuals to showcase specific data attributes such as dates, categories, or any other field. By applying visual-level filters, you can zoom in on the information that matters most, enhancing your analysis.

🔎𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗲-𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: Ensure consistency across multiple visuals by applying filters that affect all visuals on a particular page. These filters apply to all visuals on a specific page in a report. Set a page-level filter to display data relevant to a specific region, product, or any other criteria, streamlining your reporting.

🔎 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁-𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: These filters apply to all pages within a report. They allow you to apply filters that persist across different pages. Report-level filters are useful when you want to maintain consistent filtering criteria throughout your report.

🔎𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: Drill-through filters allow users to navigate from one page to another by clicking on a specific data point. When a user drills through, the target page is filtered based on the selected data point. This empowers you to perform in-depth analyses on subsets of data, fostering a comprehensive understanding.

📢💡 By using these filters in Power BI, you can find hidden patterns, uncover actionable insights, and make informed decisions based on the data that matters most to you! 💪

Till then Happy Reporting‼️😜
