During the Linea Exponent campaign, much of the focus has been on transaction counts, leaderboards, and how rewards should ultimately be distributed.

This article explains:

• what happened during Exponent
• what we could and couldn’t control
• how wallet activity across T3 Play apps was evaluated
• and how reward eligibility is being determined

This is a transparency update for our community — especially the real users who participated in good faith.

The Issue: Sumsub Exploitation

During Exponent, an issue with Sumsub verification was exploited — Unfortunately the one thing that was supposed to prevent multi-wallet farming, became the weak link that actually allowed users to create multiple wallets through various techniques. Instantly, this created an unfair playing field for everyone.

To be clear:

• this issue was not unique to T3 Play
• it was not created by T3 Play
• and it was not something we could directly fix at the identity or protocol layer

Once suspicious behaviour was flagged by our community, we notified Linea immediately.

What We Did During Exponent

We wanted to participate in Exponent, for our community.

Throughout the campaign, we built and shipped:

• Interactive apps
• NFT’s and tickets
• Swap portals
• and other systems designed to create genuine engagement

From the start, we made a clear decision: any Exponent rewards earned by T3 Play would go back to the community, primarily through direct $TBAG rewards and buybacks.

Why We Didn’t Shut Apps Down

Once exploitation became clear, shutting our apps down entirely was an option — but not one we were willing to take.

Doing so would have:

• penalised real users
• erased legitimate participation
• undermined the systems we built for the community

Instead, we reduced rewards on Grab Yer Bagz to lower the incentive for farming while keeping the app live for real users. Outside of fully disabling the app, there was no way to selectively block exploiters in real time.

Because of that, we focused on post-campaign filtering and review.

Why This Matters

Exponent rewards are meant to reflect real usage and real participation — not just raw transaction counts.

Our responsibility is to ensure any rewards we may get from Exponent go to real users, not automated or coordinated wallet clusters so we created a wallet scoring system.

Wallet Scoring Criteria

A wallet received 1 flag for each of the following:

1. First transaction occurred after 5 November 2025
   (The official start date of Exponent)
2. Low interaction with 20 major Linea ecosystem contracts, including (but not limited to):

• USDC
• $LINEA
• Foxy
• Croak
• Etherex
• and other leading ecosystem contracts

3. Shared funding source
The wallet was funded by the same wallet as one or more other wallets on the list. Minus major bridges or exchanges

4. Linked wallet behaviour
The wallet shows direct transaction links to other wallets on the flagged list.

5. Identical funding amounts
The wallet received the exact same funding amount as other wallets. (Script funding behavious)

6. Blacklisted wallets
A curated list of wallets immediately flagged for suspicious behaviour and removed from eligibility.

No single flag automatically disqualifies a wallet. However, multiple flags indicate a higher likelihood of coordinated or farmed behaviour.

Wallet Review & Appeals Process

If your wallet appears on our list and you believe it has been incorrectly flagged, you may request a manual review.

How to request a review:

• Open a support ticket in our Discord
• Include the wallet address in question
• Be prepared to provide context if requested

We will be actively monitoring and reviewing tickets.

Eligibility Threshold & Deadline

• Any wallet with 2 flags or more must contact us if they want future rewards
• Wallets with 2+ flags that do not reach out will not be eligible for any rewards distributed by T3 Play

After this time, wallets with 2 or more flags that have not contacted us will be excluded from rewards. No retroactive appeals will be accepted.

What does this mean?
T3 Play has a very unique token model, we build our treasury based on the success of the $T3P token.
Visionaries who stake their NFTs will be eligible for rewards claims directly correlated to the tokens success. These rewards will be in ETH or Stablecoins not our $T3P token, promoting growth for $T3P, and minimizing sell pressure for $T3P

Partner Vault Staking

Most people in web3 know what staking is by now? Our Vaults are similar, holders can lock their Visionaries in our Partner Vaults to be eligible for rewards claims from our 4 vault partners.
The main differences are:
- No set date for each claim (We will open claims once the vaults are full)
- The rewards have no floor or ceiling value, they will increase as we grow
- Holders acquire VXP tokens(Vault XP) per NFT based on time staked (1 VXP per hour per NFT staked)
- Holders will then claim partners rewards based on how much VXP they earned from that vault
- There will be multiple claims, rewards will not be automatically “airdropped” to holders. T3 Play will announce when claims are live, and holders will have 48 hours to claim.
- There are 4 vaults: Foxy ($FOXY rewards), Linuss ($LPUSS rewards), Efrogs ($CROAK rewards), Volt Inu ($VOLT rewards).
- If you have multiple NFTs, you can stake in multiple vaults, however each NFT can only be actively staked in 1 vault at a time

What assets can be locked in our Partner Vaults?

Only Visionaries NFT collection are eligible, holders will be able to lock their Visionaries in their chosen partner vaults.

Where do the partner rewards come from?

To begin, T3 Play - We will acquire assets from our partners using funds from our T3 Play treasury. The amount of rewards for holders is dependent on the size of the T3 Play treasury, which is dictated by the success of the $T3P token. The better $T3P is doing, the more rewards we can distribute via the vaults.
Partner projects can also provide rewards themselves. This is a choice though, not a requirement and will be at random to act as a 1 time rewards booster for that specific vault claim.

Why include partners in our rewards vaults?

Communities are stronger together. By including our long term partners in our rewards vaults, we’re giving more exposure to our partners assets and wider ecosystem. If we’re going to reward holders with ETH or stablecoins anyway, why not have a positive impact on our partners assets by using those stablecoins to purchase their assets and reward our Visionaries.

When can we lock our Visionaries and $T3P tokens?

After we launch our $T3P token we will open up our vaults for the first time.

Active to own, or ATO as its better known as is a new web2/3 in-game asset ownership system created by T3 Play.

The system works like this:

- Players earn or purchase an in-game asset
- That asset is now tied to the players account (typical web2 process)
- Player can now use that asset in-game
- That asset will have an ATO time period (this will be different per asset)
- If the player remains active during the minimum “activity” period when the ATO timer is up, the player can claim the NFT version of that asset.

That’s basically the system in a nutshell!

But why even have an ATO system, why not just give the player the NFT when they earn or purchase it?

Over the past 2.5 years building in this industry, we’ve noticed 2 things that are very detrimental to web3 games.
Problem 1)
Farmers and bots extracting rewards from games and dumping them on the market as soon as they get them then moving onto the next airdrop or shiny game.
Problem 2)
Web2 gamers showing almost zero interest in any game “web3” related.

Our active to own is a solution for both of these…But how?

Solution 1)
All players must give back to the ecosystem before they can “extract” value. This value will be in multiple forms - from playing the game, purchasing other assets, inviting friends, taking part in social media quests, attending tournaments and more. This means that the player will provide a minimum amount of value back to the ecosystem and community before they can actually own the assets.

Solution 2)
Because the initial interaction with T3 Play games and ownership will be a familiar web2 system, it creates a super easy way to onboard ALL gamers, not just web3 gamers. However, the ATO system also allows a way to soft educate all our gamers and introduce them to on-chain ownership along with the clear benefits.

This solution also allows us to sell “off chain” XP that players can then purchase “off-chain” assets with (web2 system) while offering a simple system to encourage being active within the game and ecosystem that unlocks the ability to claim the “on-chain” version of their assets.

Of course, there will also be options for users to instantly own their assets by shopping on our custom secondary marketplace, players can list their on-chain in-game assets and buy and sell between one another.

We firmly believe this is currently the most flexible solution to an ongoing issue in web3. Once again, T3 Play is at the forefront of not only fun, accessible, and exciting games, but building a sustainable system with a long term vision!
