Unreal Capital Projects

We have developed and released the first iteration of an autonomous fund collection and distribution system (code name PROJECT 2). The system was successfully used to collect funds for crypto project investments from the UC community and instantly, automatically distribute crypto tokens to investors. With the help of PROJECT 2, the community can track invested projects more easily and at any given time know how many tokens they have received already and what is still left to receive.

Could you tell us about your background, like when did you get into crypto and what were you doing before you found it?

Pavel: I am from Moldova by origin. I graduated from the university with a degree in Law and Military Affairs in 2014 and began working in the Department for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption.

In 2019, I worked for an international financial company where I was paid in bitcoins, and from there my journey began. I was disappointed that I am not earning real money, but only bitcoin. I didn’t touch them, and in 2020 I already had about 25 bitcoins in my wallet. I decided to invest it somewhere because money that doesn’t work for you is a very boring thing.

In 2020, I began to study crypto, and it seemed to me that pre-sale rounds and IDO are an interesting and promising direction.

In 2021, I noticed that investing as a private investor has become much more difficult. So I thought about creating my own venture capital that would use my money and the money of my friends and other investors.

This is the basis of my story, and the moral is that if I had not been paid in bitcoins, no one knows if I would be here now and doing what I love.

Boris: I joined blockchain in 2018 after 12 years in management consulting and software development.

My first blockchain projects were Broxus (financial ecosystem, broxus.com) and AdGram (advertising platform, adgram.io), in which I participated as СOO.

In 2020, I sold my shares in these projects and joined the RSquad blockchain laboratory team as a co-owner and CEO.

Then the natural next question is how did you guys meet and decided to create UC?

Boris: We met in 2021 when we worked together on a number of investment opportunities (eg eywa.fi where RSquad is a project partner). After a positive experience of working together, we decided to jointly develop Unreal Capital. Pavel and I are co-founders of Unreal Capital.

As for Unreal Capital, the main objectives of the fund are:

• making a profit when investing own funds;
• simplification of private investors’ access to investments at early stages;
• development of the cryptocurrency market.

Pavel: I only add that when I met Boris in Moscow, he impressed me as a very educated and intelligent person, and most importantly, an expert in the field of blockchain development.

Can you expand more on UC’s development plans at the moment?

At Unreal Capital, we have a unique combination of skills and competencies.

On the one hand, we know the cryptocurrency market well in terms of interaction with projects. On the other hand, we have excellent technological capabilities due to very close cooperation with the RSquad blockchain laboratory. That is why the fund we are developing is also a technology fund with its own set of software solutions.

Today we can talk about at least two products that we will launch in the very near future:

• expert launchpad GAGARIN;
• the system of fundraising investors and distribution of tokens.

This product solves the headache of foundations that work with the community. With this blockchain solution, we will be able to collect investments from private investors (analogue of poolo.io). It will also automatically and almost instantly distribute project tokens to dozens and hundreds of investors immediately after receiving vesting from projects by the Unreal Capital fund. This solves the problem of mass access of private investors to the early stages of investment.

And, for sure, we are developing a marketing plan and strategy that will allow us to get a large number of subscribers very soon.

How did the idea of creating the GAGARIN launchpad come about? What are the main features of the GAGARIN launchpad?

Pavel: The GAGARIN project is a collaboration of 2 projects and teams:

Firstly, Unreal Capital is an investment fund that has invested more than 5 million in various blockchain projects and helped them grow.

Secondly, Rsquad lab is a blockchain lab with more than 100 employees, specializing in web and blockchain development of any strength and any chain.

We also have a partnership (in real life) with Pruvendo and DreamVR , who have over 50 employees and specialize in game development and design in VR and virtual spaces.

The main idea of the project is not just to create a launchpad, but to provide any project (game, defi, etc.) with everything they need in one place: web/blockchain development, smart contract development/audit, marketing, VC/KOL introduction, community growth, partnerships with other projects.

At the moment we have 2 confirmed IDOs that will be held on the GAGARIN launchpad:

• eywa.fi
• fota.io

Rsquad is an advisor to eywa.fi and helps them with blockchain development.

With our marketing plan and strategy, we expect our community to grow to 100,000 within the next month.

We plan to hold our IDO on April 12th.

Although the launchpads have not yet been confirmed, I’m sure we’ll have IDO on RedKite/GAGARIN and some other platforms.

Boris: On the one hand, our development plans are described on our project website. The key point is the creation of an expert community around the launchpad. This will allow projects to receive on our platform the services necessary for further growth: the development of smart contracts, technological and marketing services, and so on.

On the other hand, we predict that the further development of the launchpad will be associated with closer integration with blockchain infrastructure protocols and global blockchain projects. We are already negotiating partnerships with several major market players.

How do you see the future of crypto and which sectors might be particularly interesting both in terms of investment and technology?

Pavel: The DEFI sector has always looked very attractive and promising, due to the gradual increase in interest in it and the opening of multifaceted opportunities.

I also follow the development and evolution of new blockchain networks that can compete with the current top, and I consider them a very promising direction for studying and investing.

Boris: My opinion on the trends of 2022:

1. DeFi

with regulations from authorities

automated anonymous solutions

2. Mass adoption of NFT + collaboration with DeFi

3. GameFi for sure

4. L1-L2 chasing

5. Bridges and crosschains

6. DAO development in general. It can disrupt traditional legal entities’ registration and operation systems. It’s a big thing!

In addition to #6, we and RSquad are involved in such a project. They want to create a system in which participants (legal entities) will conduct mutual settlements using crypto. Without any legal issues and with reduced taxes. It’s amazing, in my opinion!

· участие в распределении токенов нового проекта, стартующего на площадке. В зависимости от уровня профиля вам доступно лотерейное распределение или гарантированное.

Чем больше токенов лаунчпада вы приобретете, чем шире ваши возможности в инвестировании.

Подобную схему используют такие популярные ланчпады как BSCPad, TrustPad, Polkastarter и многие другие.

Например, платформа BSCPad для сети Binance Smart Chain проводит два раунда распределения и имеет систему из шести уровней. Вы приобретаете токены платформы и получаете уровень. Первые три уровня открывают пользователям доступ к участию в лотереи. На трех последующих уровнях пользователям доступно гарантированное распределение и участие во втором раунде.

TrustPad, еще одна платформа на блокчейне Binance, предлагает систему из одиннадцати уровней: три первых с наименьшими вложениями — лотерейные, следующие восемь — гарантированные, из них наивысшие четыре — с приватным доступом и самыми высокими ставками.

Polkastarter, платформа сети Polkadot с нативным токеном POLS, отличается от описанных выше, но в целом использует тот же принцип и предоставляет держателям токенов POLS ранний доступ к будущим пулам токенов. Доступ к инвестированию в наиболее перспективные проекты здесь тоже зависит от того, какое количества токенов POLS пользователь приобрел.

Многие новые крипто лаунчпады действуют по общепринятым принципам, но при этом стремятся улучшать процесс в соответствии с целями конкретной платформы.

На примере нового лаунчпада GAGARIN рассмотрим, как работает токеномика для частных инвесторов с разным объемом капитала.

Лаунчпад GAGARIN — это агрегатор для создания экосистемы проектов и сервисов. В отношении инвесторов он обеспечивает доступ к проектам на ранних стадиях и берет на себя ответственность за оценку потенциала проектов, которые размещает на своей площадке.

Экономическая модель GAGARIN строится вокруг нативного токена платформы — GGR.

После регистрации на платформе для получения статуса профиля пользователю необходимо приобрести и заблокировать некоторое количество токенов GGR. Минимальный срок блокирование средства (то есть, размещения токенов в стейкинге) составляет неделю.

Сумма заблокированных средств определяет параметр вашего профиля (его уровень), который называется «allocation power». Данный параметр растет от продолжительности пребывания ваших средств в стейкинге до некоторого фиксированного предела.

Существует 5 уровней профиля — от нулевого к четвертому. Чем выше уровень профиля, тем больше выгодных вариантов инвестирования у пользователя. Первые уровни доступны для инвесторов с небольшим капиталом, которые могут поучаствовать в распределении путем лотереи. Высокие уровни для тех, кто готов вложить более значительную сумму и получить широкий доступ в виде гарантированного участия в распределении токенов перспективных проектов.

Данная модель позволяет привлечь разные категории инвесторов: от владельцев небольших капиталов до тех, кто готов делать значительные вложения, ориентируясь на большую прибыль.

Таким образом, токеномика лаунчпадов позволяет пользователям становится держателем средств — нативных токенов платформ, при помощи которых они могут управлять своей инвестиционной деятельностью: выбирать проекты, экспериментировать с небольшими вложениями, получать вознаграждения за участия в стейкинге и вкладывать в проекты, имеющие потенциал увеличить свою стоимость.
