If you want to complete the profile page, please do — if not, you can do this later by clicking next and head straight into the account verification page. Follow the verification process to ensure that your experience remains secure and accurate.

Should you wish, you can now go back and personalize your profile with your unique profile picture and banner as well as update your preferences but don’t worry, this can be done any time at your convenience.

The Pitch Report: Navigating the Game

Want to predict the outcome of a match or test your cricketing expertise? Head over to the matches page to see live, upcoming and completed matches.

Once you’re in your selected live match, there will be a countdown timer to get you in the zone, allowing you to summarize the digital AI cricketer's statistics and prepare for the game.

In the waiting area, QBOT, our resident quiz master and guide, will welcome you with a kick-off question. It will ask you if you want to play, followed by the first question of the game about the match — please note, that to play with QBOT and collect points, you must have registered with a META11 account.

As you immerse yourself in the game and our AI Athletes begin their head-to-head battle, QBOT continues to engage with you, ensuring every experience is met with a challenge. Your knowledge and accuracy will decide your points, so pay attention!

Exploring the Pavilion: Understanding META11 Features

1. Matches Tab: Your go-to spot for all the match action. Track live scores, see upcoming fixtures, or catch the score from completed games to help you build points for answering questions correctly in future games.
2. Match-ups Tab: Curious about the AI Athletes? This section provides a deep dive into their profiles and unique attributes. This is the best place to study the player backgrounds to inform your predictions and maximise the points you can score.

3. Profile: This is your META11 journal. Under your profile, you can track your progress, see details on your recent performances and build your future match strategies.

4. Leaderboard: See how you fare against others! Whether you’re aiming to top the charts or just checking out the competition. Access the leaderboard through your profile page.

Tournament Structure: Play, Predict and Collect Your Points

Round Robin:

The Famous Five avatars will enter the arena on the 26th of September at 12pm IST to compete in a “Round Robin.” Ahead of match day, the META11 Famous Five AI Brains will each have played ten games. A reminder these avatars are playing and learning in real-time through the implementation of reinforcement learning and neural network models built into the players. These matches are not simulations but real digital AI players competing to outperform their opponent ultimately making META11 provably fair.

In the spirit of META11, each of the digital AI cricketers will go head-to-head 11 times against each player in games over the 24-hour period — a total of 110 matches (110 opportunities to collect points!).

UPDATE: We have decided to add another 30 games to our live tournament! That means 30 more chances to WIN points! Each of the AI athletes will now face each other a total of 14 times over the 24 hour period! So, be sure to collect your points on the 26th September here.

Super 4 Round:

After match day on the 26th of September 2023, get ready for Round 2 — the “Super 4”. This round will feature the top four AI players. The two winners of this round will progress to our Final.

The Grand Finale:

The launch season will conclude with a “head-to-head” final match between the two best players from the season.

More details for the next rounds will be shared after the 26th of September, so be sure to join the community to stay up to date!

In the final hour: Winners will become legends

For our Beta launch, we will be awarding the top three winners on our leaderboard from a $2000 pool. Top prize $1000, Second prize $750 and third prize $250. In the instance where we have tied positions, the pool will be split and the lowest position will be knocked off the top of the leaderboard.

But that’s not all — we want to reward our players and ensure that this test game is no “one-off” tournament. We encourage all players to collect as many points as possible as these points will be exchangeable for digital assets and in-game extras in the future.
