I have very much enjoyed my time at Enchanted Studio Scraps.  With such an active forum and gallery, I’m sad to say, I am unable to keep up with the demands and still come out with new kits!  If only I was exclusive….  But alas, I am not, and I have to take my other shops needs into account.  They are a great bunch of designers, a fun group of customers, and an enthusiastic admin team.  If you’ve never stopped by, don’t wait!  You won’t regret the visit.

After searching the house several times I apparently no longer have a set of bathroom scales.  This quest was led on when I realized I have again outgrown many of my jeans.  Some time ago I found a calorie tracker web site.  It’s time consuming to put in everything I eat but it worked.  I loved the food and was always full.  After I lost most of the weight, I wandered away.  There I am, back at SparkPeople.  I’m dreading the exercise bit of it.  Delaying the inevitable.  Workouts are a must.

With an artic cold burst like we haven’t seen in nearly 15 years, I have been freezing my bazonka off!  Okay, so lots of you laugh at 15 degrees (or couldn’t even imagine a cold new year) but my body is just not designed to be productive at those temperatures.  Throw in a busted outdoor faucet and it becomes a real pain in the butt (for DH!  not me!!).
