I’m so ready for Halloween! We went last night and bought costumes. Shea is going to be a mummy and she’s finally big enough to get the adult sized costume. Her mummy costume is awesome. Caleb chose a black phantom. Robe, hood, mask, gloves, all black, with blinking red eyes. Very spooky. I hear disturbing reports that many in our town will not be celebrating this “anti-christian holiday”. I have my own opinions but this may not be the place. BUT, we all know that all our kids want to do is dress up in costumes and get lots of candy. Fortunately, we’ve already planned to go to my mom’s for Halloween, so we will be far out of town. Now I need to find something really cool to bring to her house for food. Maybe a scary drink or brownies? I don’t know.
