GLEN!

I posted a picture of Glen with us singing Karaoke and he was appaled that I would put such an unflattering picture of him on my website...so I am posting my favorite pictureof Glenn. Isnt he a doll?

SPENCER JONATHAN!

The entire trip I couldnt stop calling Spencer, TEVIN...cause he is so much like Tevin when he was little.
Just after this picture was taken, Spencer wantto put a basketball in big hoop...so being a good Aunty, I lifted him up so he could dunk the ball when suddenly the ball dropped as spencer was leaning forward to dunk it and he dunked his face instead!!! Oh I felt like dying when I heard saw his little face in that silent open mouthed cry!!!!! BAD AUNTY MIBI. Luckily it was just a little cut on his gums...nothing a little hot cocoa wouldnt fix!
That is the look that Spencer knows will get Aunty mibi to do ANYTHING for him!

LET IT SNOW!!!!

Leaving Laura's house in Eden, we drove through OGDEN CANYON to get back home and Lee spotted a few patches of snow off the side of the road. So we had to stop and snap a few pics.
Its amazing how this pose never gets old...especially when you have to hold the camera at the same time as being in the photo!
Right after this picture, I got pelted with a few snow balls..boy things dont change...boys will always be boys!

A day in EDEN!

We travelled about an hour from Salt Lake to a place called EDEN where my dear friend, Laura, lives. She has 5 or 6 horses and Lee was dying to get on one of them...although he looks like he is having second thoughts here!
It took a little warming up, but once Laura taught him a few basics, he was a regular cowboy!
he smiled like a kid on Christmas morning...it was so fun to watch and visit with Laura. We wish we had more time, but loved every moinute there!

Halloween in UTAH!

Lee and I were able to spend Halloween this year with Jonny's family. Tevin was a larger PRESENT (Lee is wearing the box), Amber was a rainbow princess and Lauren was the girl from the INCREDIBLES. Little Spencer was the cutest little Lion you have eer seen, but he was sound asleep before we got home to take pictures.
We walked around the neighborhood for trick or treating, but it was FREEZING and we convinced the kids to come home early by bribing them with hot cocoas and movies:-)
I sure do miss being closer to these kids...They just light up my life:-)

Honoree's Wedding

Hony is one of my best girlfriends and we were so ahppy that she decided to get married in HAWAII. It was stressful doing all her flowers, but it was worth it to see the look on her face that day. Lee was doing the Video for the wedding so we didnt get very many pictures.
I have a thing about wedding cakes...I LOVE THEM...so I always take pictures of them:-)

Hawaiian Monk Seal

The Hawaiian Monk Seal is endangere and you cant go within so many feet of them...so they rope the area around them off.
This particular Seal is a female and preganant! She swims for days and then finds a nice little beach to nap...she stays for a day or sometimes a wek then moves on. I can see her from my window at work!
I called Lee and told him she was at Turtle Bay so he drove over and we sat and "visited" with her and then had a nice lunch together while looking at the ocean...it was a nice day!

John's Wedding 2006!

Alii's younger brother, JOhn was married and we did the flowers (of course!) Isn't my honey cute?
This is Raimana...he is from Tahiti and has the most adorable accent. He is Alii's roomate and we love him...he also is an amazing dancer...ooh lala
We rarely have someone take a picture of us and this one came out cute!
This is Honoree's niece (Big Kanamu's daughter) and she just sat with me for hours and was such a good baby...see wouldnt i make a great mommy?

Alii is our BEST FRIEND and he has the most amazingly beautiful voice in the world!

Glenn is a good friend of Ali's and he is so fun to hang out with. He and I always sing the girly fun songs together!

Christmas OOPS 2005

We were going to my brother, Scott's house for Christmas gift exchange...and I had never been to his new house, so we followed his directions and before going in, Lee was taking pictures of his house and having his mom and I pose in all these different ways, in the yard, on the porch, etc...welll this is our las picture becuase SCOTT called and asked where we were...I said "Outside you House" and he said "NO your not becasue Im standing outside my house and your not here"! OH MY GOSH...we were totally taking pictures in front of some random house:-) SO we quickly jumped in our car and found the right house...it was hillarious! The neighbors probably thought we were lost TOURISTS!

Maui and BIg Island

Iao Needle in Maui...and ancient battle ground that is revered as sacred.
The mountain in the backround is shaped lke a needle...hence the name.
the ship cruised around the big island of Hawaii where Kilauea was erupting. We were able to sail past where the water was flowing into the ocean. You can see the steam rising as the hot lava enters the cool ocean water. It was the most amazing thing we had ever witnessed. The sheer beauty of nature astounded us and the picture hardly does it justice. It is a rare sight because you can only see this by boat or helicopter at night!

Haleakala Volcanoe

We were half way up the volcanoe and all ready above the clouds! It was so bright we couldnt eve open our eyes:-)

The only way we could get a picture together was to pose like this and have Lee hold the camera out and snap! We had such a wonderful time on Maui. It was beuatiful and very romantic and we jst enjoyed being together and talking and being "newlyweds"!
