Hey! My name is Mike and I like to take photos! I started in my early 20's after I purchased a used Pentax k1000 from a friend for a $100. I went through a LOT of film and have boxes of prints.
I ended up taking my camera on a trip to San Francisco where I was able to sign up for a free photography and film developing class. It was early 2002 and there were constant riots in the streets; so many people protesting President Bush's war in Iraq.
In 2006-07 I travelled to Argentina and brought my first Canon DSLR which I purchased specifically for the trip.
I have a lot of photos in storage that have not seen the light of day in many years. I look forward to sharing them all, even some of the bad ones.
