Summer 2014

We had a wonderful busy summer. We swam a lot and spent most of June doing different camps around town.

We got our eyes checked

Got hair cuts

Visited the library

We stayed here for the Fourth of July

We took a trip to Dallas to meet our new baby cousin Cora and see our Great Grandma

I had my annual girls weekend with my college roommates at the ranch

I took the kids to Build a Bear for the first time - as a bribe for going shopping with me.

We saw some pretty rainbows

Enjoyed some evening showers

Rode horses

Took evening bike rides - we are all training wheel free!

Hannah went to a day camp in Fredericksburg for the week and I took Huddy to the circus!

The summer flew by and it was time for school to start again before we knew it!

Camp Yeager

The beginning of summer we headed to the ranch and spent a little bit of family time.

We love feeding Cupcake and Sassy

On Sunday we headed home with my niece and nephew for a week of Camp Yeager.

Our car was packed!!!

The kids did VBS at FUMC in the mornings while I worked and we spent the afternoons at the pool.

We celebrated a "good day" with ice cream!

The kids enjoyed a little rain shower

We celebrated Daddy's 34th Birthday

The kids were amazed by all the pump jacks so I took them out to get a closer view of one!

A week later we said our goodbye's and look forward to next summer when they can come again!

Girls (and kids) trip to the JW

We kicked off summer with a trip to the JW. A couple of girlfriends and I planned a trip to the JW the week that we got out of school before the public schools got out. We were the only ones there and had a wonderful time!

The trip didn't start out great. I had a flat tire 10 miles outside of Big Lake! Thankfully, by the time Stuart could drive to Big Lake from Midland, a company out of Big Lake came and put a spare on it, followed me into town and repaired my tire. We were off again in about an hour and a half.
