Your Mivera Circle is a group of people that support one another.

Add 3 or more Critical Contacts to your circle

These are people you would contact when you or a loved one has a critical issue.
These people can physically reach the person with the emergency in less than an hour.

Add 3 or more Wellness Contacts to your circle

These are people that help each other stay mentally and physically active.

Add 3 or more Social Contacts to your circle

The interactions with people in this circle are more casual. These are people you like to hang out with, and share time and experiences with.

After you add your contacts to your Mivera circle, Mivera will contact them to confirm their opt-in. After they accept the invitation, the two of you can begin connecting.

Your can create a check-in or reminder for yourself or anyone in your circle.

When you sign up for a Check-in :

• We will send a text message at a time of your choosing.
• We will wait for the allotted time for a response.
• If there is no response or a response of "UNWELL", Mivera will start contacting the emergency contacts.
• We will contact the first available person and give them an hour let us know that they can help you.
• We will contact the second person if the first is not available and so on.

Besides being a safety check, the SMS also is a reminder to you to take a moment to think about yourself.

Your can create a "HELP" call for anyone in your circle.

• You create a check-in for yourself or another circle member and pick the "Self trigger HELP message" as the frequency.
• You assign three other members in the circle as the emergency contacts.
• The person for whom the check was setup can send a message "HELP" to the Mivera number
• We will contact the first emergency contact and give them an hour let us know that they can help you.
• We will contact the second person if the first is not available and so on.
