Little Rock, 4 month Check-up, and Family

Ok, I started this post awhile ago, and now I have too many pictures to post at one time, so I'll break it up into two posts. We've been really busy the past few weeks. We went to Little Rock for the wedding of our good friends Ryan and Cassandra and we had so much fun! We stayed with Doug, Dixie, and Ethan, along with Gavan, Mel, Jaylen, and Wee.

Here are some pictures from the wedding. As I was looking through my pictures, I realized I didn't have one of Ryan and Cassandra! Oops. Also, I thought I got one of the girls with our babies. Mel or Dixie, do either one of y'all have one?

Macy is now 4 months old! Her check-up went well - she's 12 lbs. 8 oz. and 23 1/2 inches long. Her shots were NOT good. Between her check-up and the shots, Mace fell asleep. So when the nurse woke her up, she was upset before the shots even began. Poor baby girl!

Last weekend, my sister, brother-in-law, and my niece Austin came to visit! We had such a great time. Michael and Junior played golf a couple of times and all of us girls got to hang out. We also took a trip down to Norman to go to the Natural History Museum.

The cousins - Macy and Jaylen. I loved the looks on their faces in these pictures. These girls are going to have so much fun together.

This weekend we also took "the picture". This is an outfit that Mel, Myra, and Jaylen have all had their picture taken in. Macy wasn't too happy, but we did get some pretty decent shots.

Here are the girls with their Pisa shirts. Michael's parents and Myra went on a Mediterranean cruise and brought these shirts (dresses) back from Italy. I think Mace is trying to play the part :)

I can't make too much fun of Michael because he did go to the grocery store with me and then put away all the food while I was feeding Macy. What a great husband! :)

On a side note, I have some really cute pictures of Macy and Jaylen from the 4th that I will try to get up soon.

Ok, sorry family. I'm slacking on your Macy pics. (Yeah, I'm sure you're concerned about Michael and me too...) Here's an update on what's happened the past couple of weeks. My family came into town for a visit and we went to Ted's for Lacey's birthday. In this pic Lacey pretends she doesn't like the attention of the entire restaurant looking at her and singing. (We know you love it Lace...it's ok.)

This is an outfit that Macy's Aunt Melody, Uncle Gavan, and Jaylen got her. When we found out she was going to be born on St. Patrick's Day, we went to buy this outfit, but they didn't have any left and I was so disappointed. So, I was really excited when they gave it to us! I have been trying to get a good pic of Macy in it, but we've tried several times and still haven't gotten a really good one. We'll keep working on it...
