hi, i'm mohammad

i build products and teams at the intersection of ai, software, policy, and complex markets. i care about technology as a force for human progress: tools that expand access, compound capability, and make powerful infrastructure usable by more people. my work combines hands-on engineering, product management, and team leadership across high-stakes operational and development problems.

i'm currently building ebla, software for running human-ai organizations. ebla gives teams a shared workspace, control layer, and execution environment for creating, governing, and collaborating with autonomous agents, so organizations can deploy ai effectively regardless of technical depth.

before ebla, i built co ai, the first multiplayer-native ai platform. i've also shipped various independent projects to explore ideas quickly, including naturedex, a mobile social app for capturing and sharing local ecosystems, and upglobe, which became one of the world's largest open repositories of international development opportunities.

i've been early to ai-native software development and knowledge work, experimenting with agentic workflows, planning loops, evaluations, and related techniques before many became standard in mainstream products. i'm especially interested in how ai changes programming and product management, but also less explored areas like research, operations, and organizational execution.

previously, i led a large team across the americas and emea at tiktok that was responsible for enforcement and safety systems, product risk, and policy deployment. at google, i worked on high-risk trust & safety issues involving elections, abuse mitigation, and machine enforcement at massive scale.

earlier in my career, i was an advisor at the world bank group where i provided guidance to the president's office and senior leadership on development policy, finance and investment risk, and emerging-market operations. that background still informs my view of technology as infrastructure governed by institutions, incentives, markets, and human behavior, with real power to expand access to opportunity.

across these contexts, i'm strongest where technical systems, human institutions, and ambiguous execution problems meet: turning ideas into shipped products, aligning teams around complex work, and translating between builders, operators, executives, and users.
