February 2- Mary gave me a baby sling to borrow and Addi loves it! She laid in it while I did laundry and got ready!
February 3- Chick-fil-a date with Grey and Alysha. Grey mostly just wants to drink chocolate milk and eat pickles.
Later, he was watching a movie downstairs, and I went to check on him and found him asleep like this.
February 4- house is getting framed

February 6- visiting Daddy Dentist. It's fun to see Joe in his element. He is so great! He had cute notes on all of our charts. Mine- Dr. Winward's hot wife, McKinley- Dr. Winward's sassy 8 year old, Kylie- Dr. Winward's sweet angel daughter, Grey- Dr. Winward's best buddy. It was so cute!

February 7- cutest lemonade stand ever. And they made $18!!!!
My dad had a pretty scary experience in Armarillo, TX. He was held at gunpoint in his hotel room and robbed. The guy stole his backpack and cash and then took his car. Luckily, all of his stuff was found and the gun turned out to be fake. But it was pretty scary and we were all pretty scared and traumatized by it. So the night he returned all the adults went to dinner together. It was definitely an experience that makes you super grateful for family and for my dad's safety.
February 9- first time back at spin! Ahhh I missed it.

Funny story- we texted this to our family group text. Later that day, Brent and Tasha were driving with their friends and told them about it. Her friend said, "let me see a picture of it." One of her friends just posted the same note on Facebook and said, look what cute Valentine's note my Jack wrote." Haha!
Then at McKinley's class Valentines party I got to talk to Jack's mom. She started getting teary eyed and said that she was so happy McKinley was in Jack's class. He was having a hard time making friends and McKinley has always been so sweet to him. I was really proud of McKinley!

Grey even had a Valentine's party at the gym daycare. He took suckers for his valentines and loved making a box there and getting treats. And it was fun helping in both class parties.

I love making holidays special and fun. Here's our yummy Valentine's Day breakfast. Rolled and stuffed french toast, fruit and whip cream, carmel syrup, and bacon. And cute little baskets and beanie boo's for the kiddos.
That afternoon we went to see our framed house! Then we visited the Rife's house to visit the Buchanans!!
That night we had a delicious fondu/chocolate fountain and crab dinner! Then we played Valentine's Minute to Win it games that we had played in Coco's class. I sure love holidays!
Joe's business partner Donny knows how much Joe loves One Direction so he gave him a pack of Valentines with a poster and stickers. :)
February 16 we met Sid, Sarah, Natalie, Charity, and Joseph at Thanksgiving Point children's museum. The kids had a great day with their cousins and I had fun visiting with Joe's mom and sister Sarah.
February 18- oh these smiles melt my heart!
February 22- Sarah made homemade pickles and brought some to Joe. They sure love them! Joe, Grey, and Kylie can't get enough of them. Also, Donny is obsessed with them so Sarah brought a couple extra jars for him.

So fun to have my friend's kids over to play! We love having Claire Nuttall and Macie and Allie Vancherie over to play. Who would have thought that one of my best friend's daughters would be wearing my high school prom dress as a dress up! And I'm sure someday, Grey will appreciate playdates with his big sister's friends. :)
February 26- Joe did a dental presentation for Kylie's class. They loved it! He did a fun toothbrush presentation and a fun flossing/cavity game!
February 27- this girl loves her baths! And I can't get enough of those chubby leg rolls!

Saturday we went to a place called The Puppy Barn. You can go and just hold puppies! Although I don't know if I am going to let any of them go back. Gosh! All they said the rest of the day was how bad of a mom I am for not letting them get a puppy. Joe was the worst of them all!
That night we went to Chuck-a-Rama for dinner. Haha! I thought I hated Chuck-a-Rama but it really wasn't that bad and the kids loved it! Like seriously loved it. I told them if they were quiet the entire ride there they could have all you can eat ice cream. :) It totally worked!
