Meme's Brag Book for January...

Just wanted to share some of the highlights of this month. These babies give me so much to be proud of. They truly are some awesome kids! Here are a few of my favorite moments. 

Carter tried out and made his school baseball team! Way to go Carter!

Poor Noa Reeve broke her leg on Jan 1st but she has been one super brave girl and has handled it so well. Meme is so proud of her! Just a few more days and that cast will be gone! Keep being tough sweet girl!

My little Hayden turned 8 on the 6th!  Happy birthday sweet boy! I hope that you got everything that you asked for and more. I love you bigger than the sky!

Happy sweet 16th to my Brookelyn Shae! I can't believe my baby girl is almost grown. She was the first to call me "meme" and will forever hold a special place in my heart. She will always be #1 to me.

Happy big 13th to this princess baby!!! 13...How in the world can it possibly be? I hope that you had a fabulous birthday sweet girl!  I love you bunches!

My not so little Justin went to his first middle school dance! Ain't he a cutie pie?!? This boy is a meme's boy.  I love this kid!

Blaze got mail...

What a SWEET and exciting surprise! Blaze got a package from his buddy Cindy. They have been running buddies since Blaze was about 2 years old (before Blaze could even walk) and part of the IRun4 group. As you can tell, Blaze was so excited to get mail from his buddy today! I wish I would have recorded him. Ms. Cindy has truly been a blessing in Blaze's life and mine.

The Book about Santa...

When your child asks you the question, "Is Santa real?".

If your child has reached that age and asked that hard 

question then this might be the book for you.  

 I am only sharing a few pics from the book to help

you get an idea of what the book is about. 

I just got the book this year but I signed it as

 if I had gotten it in 1989 because that's the first 

year that I got to be Santa to my sweet baby girl Anna.

My sweet Ada signed the book this year!

I give a big thumbs up to this book!

It will be one that I hang on to and probably pass down

to my grandest babies.

Enjoying it while it lasts...

I know that it was probably the very last year that my three youngest will all believe in Santa Claus. Ada and I had a small talk this Christmas with the help of the Santa Book. BTW...It is a great book to have that talk with your child. I will do a post on the book later. 2025 will also probably be the last year that the girls ask for baby dolls and barbies. It makes my mama heart a little sad, but I know it's all part of growing up. Needless to say, I soaked every second in and enjoyed every minute with them. We made so many sweet and fun memories this holiday season and I'm so thankful for that. I also slowed down and took it all in at a little slower pace this time. Then I took extra time cleaning it all up and taking it down. Actually, if I tell you the truth, it's only halfway down and its already Jan 2nd. I'm just enjoying it while it lasts.
