M. Rocha & J. Serra, Lda. has its headquarters and manufacturing facilities in F�o, in the municipality of Esposende, in northern Portugal.
Since its establishment in October 2001, it has specialized in the manufacture of frames for low, medium and, high voltage power lines.
Frames were the only product manufactured by the company until 2007, when M. Rocha & J. Serra, Lda. qualified with EDP as a manufacturer of tubular steel arms for public lighting and began manufacturing this product as well.
