This story had me hooked from the first page, I could not put it down. I was lucky to win an ARC copy ahead of the release but with some downloading problem I was missing the second half of the book. Even after I contacted the author and she sent me another ARC the same thing happened.

Even with that I had to wait for the release date to buy it and continue the story. I’m so glad I did and I’m definitely not sorry, Caleb and Esme will grab a hold of you. The twist and turns will have you turning the pages to see what is going to happen next.

I can’t wait for book two, with all the bully romances out there, this one is definitely not like all the others. ❤️❤️

This was the first book I ever read cover to cover. I was hooked in the first few sentences and it still has its hooks in me. The character development is perfect, the background is addictive, and the plot is tantalizing. This has to take the honor of one of the best bully romances ever. I encourage any romance lover to please get hooked on this book series.

This was a good start to a series. It’s definitely a page turner, and I’m looking forward to the next book with multiple POVs. I really wish this one would’ve had that. I wish there would’ve been a little more interaction between Esme and Caleb. Their relationship feels a little rushed. I think there would need to be more than 4 total encounters to fall in love with someone? So while the story is good so far, there are parts of their relationship I feel were lacking. But overall, I like the story and are looking forward to the next book!

CAN'T WAIT FOR BOOK 2..

This book had me hooked from the first page. If you would like to read a very good book then this is the book for you. This is my first book by this author and all I can say is she out did her self on this one.

The story was great. I feel it had a great plot and it was easy to get sucked into. I started out by listening to audio version while I was working, then switched over to reading when I got home (I do this often). But once I switched over to the reading, I realized how poorly it was written. (I know I’m one to judge lol) The grammar and punctuations are a mess. At one point a character is talking and no quotations around the first part of the paragraph but there is a random quotation mark in the middle of the sentence of the paragraph. It’s almost as if English is a second or third language for the author or it has been translated poorly. If you can get over that, it does have a good plot and it interesting.

I knew I needed to read this book asap after seeing it on Facebook. I’ve just finished it and OMG, I need moreeeeee!! It’s really good and makes you want to read a whole series. 5 stars! Hoping I might get an ARC of the second book soon. Crossing my fingers :)

Wasn't sure what to expect because I've never read this authors work before. I assumed it would be the same old story of academy bullying that has become so over done, but this was anything but that. I literally could not stop reading it. I burned through the pages so fast and never once skipped pages or paragraphs of overly detailed senseless filler. I was hungry for all of it. I seriously can't wait for the next book. July can't come fast enough.

Esme has a world turned upside down when she learns who her father really is, but her life is more fractured when her father promises her to a boy who hates her. Her mother is dead, her dad who isn't is in rehab and the life she knew was left behind. Can she escape and start over somewhere new, maybe. I read this in one day, because I wanted to see how it would all get resolved. Now, I need to keep reading, Part 2!

This is a new genre for me and I wasn't sure what to expect but each page drew me in and I could not put it down. The characters are well developed and inspire true feelings of either love, hate or both. It os full of gripping twists and turns that were all unexpected and I am very hard to surprise. I can't wait for book 2!

Holy moley !!!!

Tensions are left high after reading this intense, mysterious read. So much going on. So many unanswered questions, so many intentions unclear it leaves you hanging by the edge of your seat.

This book had me consumed and locked in the world of the rich, powerful and dark. Broody characters, headstrong heroine and mind games a plenty who wouldn’t want to be lost in this?

I cannot wait for the next book! I need it like I need air to breathe! The ending left me so tense I’m no doubt going to be obsessing over this till I get my hands on the next one!!!!
