About the Author

Hannah Willow decided to start writing when she felt the LGBTQ population was underrepresented in urban fantasy and other romance genres. Hannah grew up reading fantasy and science fiction. Her lesbian mother instilled a love of reading in her, but the books she read had homogeneous characters. She wants to bring something new to readers. The idea that they are thinking about what she writes, questioning her stories, and maybe a bit excited about future books makes it all worth it.

My name is Hannah Willow. I love to read but growing up I often found what I read had flat monochromatic casts. I decided I wanted to write what I never found in those books. I craved books with a diverse cast of characters I wanted to know and be part of. Books I could lose myself in.

I grew up with lesbian and gay parents and now have queer friends and family all around me. I want to make sure what I write includes everyone.

    I had a hard time putting this book down. It had many scenes that I found humorous and it was exciting to read. I liked the main characters, Prince Malcom Tuffin so to be king and Finley Johnson who's best friend is Malcom younger brother. I enjoyed the scenes that led to Malcom finally realizing that Finley had been in love with for ten years. I also felt sad for Finley and the lack of a loving parents he did not get, but found with his best friend, Adrian's parents. I was a disappointed there was only one of two scenes with Jamie and only mention Anastacia but none where she interacted with Malcom. Though this didn't change my opinion of this story of affect the number of stars given. I truly recommend this book to everyone that loves a good romance.

    This is a cute story with little angst. A small European country is the primary setting, with flashes to London. There's an interesting juxtaposition between the MCs' careers, which helps the series storyline as this ends abruptly.

    This is a great idea but the writing is not tight. there is also a lake of maturity in the addressing of topics. The ready is told what is happening rather than experiencing it through great prose.

    that said, I gave it 3 stars as those that love the prince trope will probably like it ok.

    I like the characters overall, but I couldn't finish. The story is very juvenile, things happen suddenly with no explanation as to why. I wanted to like this, but there is 0 character development. How does Finley miss the king who passed when there is no mention of their relationship? Not a single conversation to make it feel like there's a father-son bond, and the same for the "romantic" relationships.

    Finley. Englishman. Friends with the younger son of a European Royal family.

    Has always had a crush on the older son, Malcolm. Feels closer to the family than his own.

    After the death of the King, it was found that Malcolm must inherit, not his older sister.

    Malcolm finally notices Finley.

    Part of a series. Ended on a cliff hanger.

    Question. It's never mentioned that the King was murdered till the last page

    This was an okay story, but I had a couple of gripes with it. First, the first half of the book felt really jumbled. It was like you were reading only the parts of a story that involved secondary characters, and because of this, I felt a lot of plot was missing. Reading the advertising at the end, I would guess that is because most of what was happening was in a book from another series of the author's. Secondly, this felt like an insta love story with no real connection between the main characters.

    The perfect mix of sweet and spicy. All of Willow's romances really suck you in with the characters. The interactions between the two MC's is funny and heartwarming and well as sexy!
