Backyard summertime fun

Thanks to Grandma Nance, Berkley and Briggs had a little backyard fun today. We got a surprise gift in the mail and the boys loved it.

A lot has happened since I last posted anything. We had a new baby: Marshall Chipman Nance. We've moved to Richmond, VA. And we bought a new house. Whew! Anyway, here are some pics for everyone.

Malibu Pier

Took a disappointing trip to Malibu Pier one Sunday...not a whole lot to see. At least the boys had a few ramps to run up and down on. Yeah, they're easily amused.

Train Park

Over by Zoo in Griffith Park they have this little train park. And since Berkley and Briggs are crazy over "chu-chu" trains we took them there on a Saturday afternoon. It was boiling hot, but a few ice cream cones cooled us all down.

Visit to Utah

I took a couple days off from work and we drove to Utah for Easter. The weather was great, especially for March. It was good to be home.

First trip to Disneyland

Unfortunately, it was kind of cold day and the crowds were way too long, but Berkley and Briggs had their first taste of Disneyland. We were there for about four hours or so. Of course, the "chu-chu" train was the highlight of the day.

Birthday Party

Berkley and Briggs attend a birthday party for a friend at Playa Vista. Both of them get a crack at the pinata. Watch out.
