NEFC is proud to partner with Mass General Brigham (MGB), our Official Healthcare Provider. Through this collaboration, NEFC athletes and families gain access to world-class sports medicine, orthopedics, and pediatric care.

    Dr. Nikolaos Paschos, MD, PhD, Chief of Children’s Orthopaedics at Mass General Brigham, will serve as Club Medical Director, ensuring athletes have coordinated access to in-person and virtual care.

    Mass General Brigham for Children will be prominently featured on NEFC uniforms, facilities, and digital platforms, underscoring a shared commitment to health, performance, and community impact.

    MGB will lead new initiatives in injury prevention, training education, and athlete wellness, ensuring players are supported both on and off the field.

Dr. Nikolaos K. Paschos is an experienced pediatric orthopedic surgeon and researcher specialized in sports medicine, with a particular interest in arthroscopic surgery of the knee, hip and shoulder joints, in sport injuries and in regenerative medicine.
