Briarswood is an excellent addition to the High Street in Biddulph. Stef has worked tirelessly to sell my property and has been on hand at any time during the day and evening, including all weekends. He has kept me up to date by Whatsapp messages along with confirmation emails at all times. My house was under offer and accepted after a few days following the first viewing. The photographs, drone shots and 3D walkabout was exceptional along with the full description, so nicely put. I would certainly recommend this Estate Agents as they give the highest priority to your property and make you feel you are the only one and so special.You won’t be disappointed.

Finally, an app that puts the power in the hands of property owners! With this app, I can seamlessly manage every aspect of my property listing, from viewing valuation reports to tracking viewings and receiving feedback on offers. It's like having a personal assistant for my own house and saves me countless calls to the agent for an update. Regularly updated with new features.

Not impressed! Our Estate Agents suggested we use this app and we’ve just completed the Property Questionnaire. A few issues;--Some pages flashed up briefly before moving on to another question. -There was not enough space to fill the box with requested information and in any event the keyboard obscured most of the box (alterations to property). -We noticed on the final review page we’d apparently said “not relevant” to Electric Vehicle chargers whereas in our case it was relevant as we had one yet there was no way we could get access to correct this.- If you want to edit one item in the list all subsequent items in the section erase the answers and you have to enter them again (madness!). From our brief experience this app felt like an early prototype that was still in development and not fit to be released yet. I was very surprised to find it’s over a year old.I just don’t understand the large number of 5 star reviews…….

The app when we first started using it was really good and worked well. Following an update it forced you to login every time and usually a number of times. You also lost the ability to see the number of viewings that you property had each week.
