東京都で全国初となるカスタマーハラスメント（カスハラ）防止条例が施行されてから1年 。多くの企業で対策の必要性が認識される一方、実態としては約6割の企業でカスハラ対応マニュアルの策定が追いついていないという課題も浮き彫りになっています 。（※株式会社エス・ピー・ネットワーク調査）

さらに、2026年10月からは「改正労働施策総合推進法」により、全国の企業でカスハラ対策が義務化されます 。
