I visited Scarlett this week. Christian was home too and we had a good time catching up.
I decided to take down the bird stickers in the half bath. I want to put up picture from molding.
It snowed this week.
I have been wanting to take Melanie Grant to dinner for a long time to thank her for all of the therapy she did for Ethan and we were finally able to make it happen this week. We ran into President Miller and Debbie and they bought us dessert so we asked them to join us in enjoying it.
A home in our neighborhood belonging to the sweet Hansen family living in the 8th ward exploded. Jeff actually went to high school with the mom. Their 15 year old son was inside at the time and died. It was so shocking and so unexpected and has all of us on edge. Everyone feels helpless and wants to do something to help we we are collecting supplies and gift cards and money. They are still investigating the cause but it was very large and leveled their house so many are saying it was natural gas. Their home backs up to 3200 and the debris flew clear across the street. I can't drive down 3200, it is too upsetting.
For date night Jeff and I ran into the Nieuwlands. Jake was our bishop in the Willow Bay Ward and Ruth was in the Relief Society Presidency with me. They had their cute grand daughter Cate with them.
Margaret gave the lesson on Sunday and I decided to take a picture of her so I can remember.
