Promising. IMO, price is too high. BBEdit is $39.99. For simpler jobs, CotEditor and the free version of BBEdit work for me. For heavy lifting, and cross--platform (I can switch between OS's without having to 'switch gears' on my editor), VS Code is excellent and free. VSCode may not be as fast straight up as a macOS native editor, but the difference IMO is moot in the big picture. Over the course of a day, is the speed difference gaining me 1-2 minutes in raw time, if at that? And the huge extension library of VSCode is unbeatable. If the Nova Extensions library was larger, maybe the price could be justified, but it's not there yet, and has a long way to go to catch up.
