Ungraciously dog paddling my way through the dreaded sea of get to know you questions and uncomfortable first date conversations, I find myself tired and needing a break. Sister time is where I find that break, the refuge, a breath of fresh air.
This last evening in November has me filled with gratitude for the moments my sister and I share together, dedicated to tomato soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, and 'nogg floats, where there is no worrying about who is going to pay or how to avoid an awkward farewell on the porch.
