Hello Newgrounds!

The time has finally come, after 10+ years I have finally decided to take the risk and rebrand my music alias. It took a lot of courage to make this change, but for the sake of the future I wanna pursue I think it's the right thing to do, even if it takes a bit to stabilize again, relevance/algorithmically speaking.

If you are a fan of my music or enjoy it in some form, or have known me from my past works like Dune Acropolis, my remixes, or from any other stuff you may have listened through these years, I'd be very grateful if you support this change by still listening to my stuff, share, download, save in playlists, or any interaction I'd appreciate :) This will mainly help me not "drown" into oblivion since this is a major change for most platforms, thankfully Newgrounds is my safest place to do this and keep going with this rebrand (i love you Newgrounds).

~ ~ P A R S O L A R ~ ~

The main reasons I'm rebranding to Parsolar are the relevance, audience, opportunities, traction and the general "discomfort" of some (or many) of the people that listen to my stuff. I believe "Preds"/"Predator" has been sorta problematic when it comes to sharing my music, saving it, etc. Or even the fact that 90% of the time MOST of my music would get mismatched with other person's music, or even be misplaced in some random YT channel or Spotify profile, stuff like that, so yeah, general problems that I see very challenging for me and my future at this music project, a music project that I've been at it with my soul for many years, actually trying to improve to deliver y'all the best quality and a diversity of genres I can, because I love it and I have an enormous passion for this, but I digress. You can still refer to me as my previos alias(es), i don't mind at all ;)

Why I chose Parsolar? Because I feel identified by that new alias, it's a made up word/name I guess that has been with me for a while now, so I'm not really tossing a coin on deciding the name here. I even have an album and a song by the same name, which I don't necessarily think it's problematic, but I am very aware that it might take a while for the majority of you all to adapt, which takes me to my next important point.

EVERYTHING IS STILL STAYING THE SAME

No logo change, no identity change, no losing fidelity for my current or past styles, it felt like the right time to evolve into something that represents who I am now. Parsolar is a new chapter, but it carries the same passion, community, and music that got me here in the first place. So don't worry about not finding me again, just save the name and follow me if you're not currently or weren't in the past, I would very, VERY much appreciate it.

My music has been free to download, stream and use in non-commercial stuff for years now, and it will stay the same. You support me by listening to my music and I appreciate it a lot <3

I gotta personally thank Newgrounds and Tom Fulp, that has been very helpful with this transition.

NEW LINKS

So far everything is staying here the same, but in some platforms like Spotify, AppleMusic and YT Music I'm still getting my music "migrated", since it's a very tedious process it happens to take a bit. So far, I've gotten a new Spotify profile.

Metadata will still be the same, in case you have my stuff saved there, it will transfer with no problems supposedly.

My stuff on my "Predator" profile will still be hangin' until it's not, but it still helps if you listen there too for now!

I have already changed my alias on Soundcloud, it's already changed on Bandcamp, I changed it on Bluesky (I still need to change the handle), and of course, Youtube (which still is migrating other stuff, but the channel is staying the same).

CURRENT AND FUTURE PROJECTS

I have been working on 2 soundtracks for the last couple of months, one of them being Hyperstacks, a fun VR puzzle/fighting game (which is set to finally release soon, alongside a 15+ tracks album) and the other one is a space themed - action game and you might hear more from it soon. Apart from the songs I do for contests or in my free time, I usually tend to upload those and compile them in albums or similar, but I'm almost always working on something new :)

My style has been very experimental recently, but I'm always staying close to my true self and inspirations from other artists like Waterflame, etc.

I recently made a song for Low Poly Day!

I plan to release more music and even an album soon, it just takes time ^-^

I don't really have plans to stream or similar, but that might change depending how I can handle my workflow. I'm almost always open for commissions BTW, if you have a project you would like music for, hit me up.

I have so much to be thankful for, it's been a good journey so far, and it's still my dream and my big aspiration to keep going and to make a name for myself in the big leagues, I guess this is a good step in the right direction.
