Common Roots Studio

Common Roots Studio is a community driven art studio based in Biddeford Maine. We have a number of programs that run through our business! Downstairs, our space hosts "Visiting Artists" in which the artist pays $50 for the month and keeps 100% of their sales. We partner with local special needs arts programs for display, as well as teach our "Young Artists" how to create a logo/artist statement/display art/ price art work. Upstairs, we have music classes for kids/adults, recording for musicians, and an artist working space. Our "Community Art Bus" is a renovated bus that is a mobile community arts vehicle. With sponsorship/donations/hired jobs, the bus is able to transport art supplies and “unfold” at local events to provide a free arts immersive experience for youth and families!"Adult Art Nights" that we host at different breweries and distilleries provide ticket sales that support our community outreach programs!We work closely with The Saco/Biddeford Chamber of Commerce and Heart of Biddeford to provide community events like our annual POKER CRAWL! Every level of support means so much and we cant thank you enough!
