Hello everyone, many of you might already know me already as Db0 or DbZer0 on the internetubes, and I've been coding free/libre software online for a dozen years now.For the past 2 years I've been making tools and games using the Godot engine. You might know the <a href="https://github.com/db0/godot-card-game-framework" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Card Game Framework</a> and <a href="https://dbzer0.itch.io/hypnagonia" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Hypnagonia</a> which is built on it. The latter in turn lead me to investigate the potential of AI generated text and images in game design.One thing led to another and I'm not running the first crowdsourced distributed cluster for <a href="https://aihorde.net" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Image and Text Generative AI</a>! I truly think there is an revolutionary potential in these technologies when combined with the affordability of powerful consumer-grade GPUs.However I am a firm believer than we can only progress by making such technology as widely used as possible, and as such all my creations are Libre and Open Source under copyleft licenses.I plan to develop these intensely, but I am currently funding infrastructure out of pocket. As these services become more and more popular,&nbsp; my server costs will likewise rise. So I am using my patron page in order to receive some support in keeping my servers up and extending my development efforts as needed.
