This tier is for those who are just trying to stay afloat, but want to invest in my work, pay reparations, and show up when they have the spoons to do so.<ul><li>Have unstable housing</li><li>Receive public assistance </li><li>(i.e. food stamps, Medicaid, housing voucher)</li><li>Use public transportation</li><li>Have high interest loans or debt</li><li>Can’t afford to take time off</li><li>Are a caregiver for disabled, elderly, or youth kin</li><li>Must limit groceries to afford other necessities</li><li>Live paycheck to paycheck</li></ul>

Staying Afloat

This tier is for folks who are making ends meet, occasionally relying on family wealth to survive. <ul><li>Have stable, affordable housing for the upcoming season</li><li>Can access family wealth in times of need</li><li>Can take time off without additional financial burden</li><li>Have a savings account with emergency funds</li><li>Lease or make payments on a vehicle</li></ul>

Just Keepin' On Swimming

This tier is for those who easily have access to wealth whenever necessary. <ul><li>Own property or pay a mortgage</li><li>Have access to spending power or lower barriers to large purchases</li><li>Receive occasional, unexpected financial support from family</li><li>Do not regularly have debt</li><li>Have public education loans with low interest rates</li><li>Travel outside of Alaska once a year</li><li>Can afford groceries without compromise</li><li>Have paid time off banked “for a rainy day”</li><li>Own a paid off car</li></ul>

Diving in Deeper

This tier is for those who do not regularly need assistance and should instead provide assistance to others.<ul><li>Own property for rental income or investment income</li><li>Snowbird in the winter</li><li>Live debt-free without worry</li><li>Own or share out of town vacation property</li><li>Own several cars</li><li>Travel out of Alaska more than once a year</li><li>Are retired, or will retire with retirement accounts, investments, or savings cushions</li><li>Can afford groceries any time of year, including fresh fruits and vegetables</li></ul>
