Seemann is a long-standing contributor to GTA Modding scene. He has been spending thousands of hours of his free time since 2003 sharing his knowledge and helping people around the world.Seemann is best known as the creator of <a href="https://sannybuilder.com" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" target="_blank">Sanny Builder</a>, a comprehensive mission editor for GTA 3D series games and <a href="https://cleo.li" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" target="_blank">CLEO library</a> powering thousands of unique modifications for the same games. Apart from scripting he participated in researching and documenting <a href="https://github.com/x87/GTA-Save-Formats/tree/master/formats" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">GTA Save file formats</a>, <a href="https://gtaforums.com/topic/297295-rrr-format-explanation-carrecimg/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">RRR file format</a>, <a href="https://gtaforums.com/topic/267284-mission-packs-for-sa/#comment-4051805" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Mission Packs</a>, memory addresses and many other things. He is also one of the top contributors to the world's largest GTA Modding Wiki at <a href="https://gtamods.com/wiki/Main_Page" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">GTAMods.com</a>.His most recent work includes <a href="https://re.cleo.li" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" target="_blank">CLEO Redux</a>: a JavaScript/TypeScript runtime for many games and <a href="https://library.sannybuilder.com" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" target="_blank">Sanny Builder Library</a>: a portal documenting scripting commands in GTA 3D era games.For two decades Seemann's work directly or indirectly helped to create many modifications from simple scripts to total overhauls.
