I began blogging in 2007 after reading so many blogs and finding out our own diagnosis of “unexplained infertility”. Blogging became a major outlet for me, and I’ve gotten to know some wonderful ladies in the process.

Since our official diagnosis in April 2008, we got pregnant with Drake on IVF round 2 and had a son, Drake, in February 2010.  After 8 months of trying, 1 round of Clomid and then a cancelled Clomid cycle due to a cyst, we found out we were expecting Baby #2. Colin was born in May 2012.

I worked full-time as a meeting planner at our local university until Colin was born when we decided I would become a SAHM – something I NEVER thought I would want to be. And, maybe I should clarify…I do have a paid job – a few actually. I am a Virtual Assistant for 6 bloggers (All Mommy Wants, Become a Coupon Queen, The Frugal Free Gal, Katie’s Krazy Savings, Grocery Shop for FREE, and Encourage Hope) and love it! I am also getting ready to start watching our friend’s baby girl one day a week!
